PROS
The graphics in CDS are good, but really nothing to actually brag about. They are nice, and the character models are detailed. CDS seems to be that of action AND strategy. Action of SOCOM or MAX PAYNE with the strategy of COMMANDOS 2. Each character has his vital role in completing the mission. The sounds of the game are very realistic. This is possibly THE best feature in the game.
CONS
The game seems to be very "arcade-ie" for me. Not much strategy. Though the graphics are nice, the smoothness and the controls get very frustrating. For me, FLUIDITY is very important. If there tends to be a certain similarity in CDS and SOCOM, trust me, there is none.
Overall
CDS is O.K. Being a military buff, and loving military based games, I saw this one as a must have. I guess my patriotism and love for these "war games" blinded me from the truth. This game should have stayed in development a little while longer. I'm sorry, but using patriotism to sell "not so great" games really doesn't do me well.
