身为慈善大使的惠玉每年都身负重任，热心的呈献多项

高难度的表演。今年惠玉勇敢的呈献了一项扔火棍杂技表演，

此项杂技表演不但惊险万分而且必须围绕着火堆，虽然是有专人指导。。

可是也得考个人的临场表现。惠玉傲人的精神不但顺利

完成任务而且非常精彩。一向是筹的款项最多的艺人---郑惠玉

不愧是大众心里的慈善大使。有人说她是新传媒最后的秘密武器，

果然是言之有理哦！

Did the NKF Charity Performance that was held 2 weeks ago really seemed all that hazardous and risky as described by the papers? Zoe Tay, the main performer of one of the most 'dangerous' gig (swinging and fly-kicking with fire poles) clears the air.Zoe was ready to reveal more objectively about the truths behind 'dangers' of the NKF Charity Show when I asked her about her injuries and her views on the 'high risks' involved in the performance.

                                                                    丢给惠玉， 而惠玉也必须同时把火棍顶回给他们

                                                                     哇！！！果然精彩！！这一顶， 顶出了最高的筹          

                                                                    款数目，也让观众为她耍了一把冷汗。

Says the charismatic actress: "I had a few blue-blacks when I first learnt how to swing the fires poles because I was still relatively unfamiliar with it. However, with more practice sessions and rehearsals, I built up my confidence slowly and I was then able to handle the timing, position and direction of throw and using the right dosage of strength gradually. It was really not as dangerous as it seems.

"We did all that we could (my legs were bounded with thick sponge and I wore a shield) to ensure that safety precautions and limitations are adhered to and followed. There are bound to be minor scratches and bumps but these are insignificant. Actually, such small 'risks' are always present in all other performances too."
