After bonding with the Crown Princess, the High Lord Varian underwent the Transformation and is now himself an UNfallen Elfin. When his twin, Marcus, and a mortal woman met on Earth and fell in love, they opted to be Transformed as well, and then were Bonded according to the Elfin way.
Since Varian and Marcus used to be vampires and since Sunset used to be a mortal, some aspects of personality from their former lives still on occasion show forth. Sometimes, it is interesting, sometimes it is funny, sometimes it is noisy, but always it is romantic. Elfin enjoy their new citizens' displays of public emotion. For the most part, an Elfin is reluctant to reveal deeply felt feelings except in private. Varian, Marcus and Sunset have no such reservations. This can be a source of frustration as well as amusement for Her Royal Highness.
