We have experienced a great tragedy in our country, and we must take this tragedy and learn all we can from it. Learn what other people in other countries feel every day. The fear, and the sorrow. We must learn to act together, to love each other and protect each other. Standing together will be the only thing that keeps us all sane in these heartbreaking times. Pray and thank God for the rescue workers, the firefighters and all those who have offered assistance during our time of need, and pray that these events will be made right, somehow, someday.

The tragedy that occured in our country does not however make it right for us to hate or discriminate. If we turn against others, we become no better than the terrorists. Tolerance is what makes our country great. God bless America.

Make plans early... Hey Stargazers! August 11th and 12th would be a good night to head away from the cities light pollution and find a nice dark place to stare at the sky. No it's not hale-bopp, and there are no spaceships riding the tails to bring you "home", but it is the Perseids. A yearly meteor shower that lasts about 2 weeks, but the peak occurs on the 12th around 1 am West Coast time. Hooray. Anywhere between 50-150 visable meteors per hour. Beautiful Space Dust.
