SIMS is a 'game' available for your computer and video game console. But it's not a real game. At no point do you win or lose, there's no points or anything. It's just a really entertaining way to spend your entire Saturday afternoon.
Basically what you do is create characters, even entire families, and play out their lives. You can get them jobs, gain different skills, make friends and build them houses.
