I've found that it's hard to fulfill your calling without having some good resources.  Here are some of the resources I've found useful.  Prayerfully consider the un-official LDS materials before using them.

Church Publications:
Search this database.  It contains all of the Church manuals and magazines.

About LDS:

This site has tons of articles and links for every subject.  Also has suggested activities and handouts.

Thoughts for Talks:
Contains quotes and stories to enrich your lessons and talks organized by topic.

Family Activities:
Many of these can be tweaked to use for a ward activity.

LDS Brainstorm:
Ideas for activities categorized by Church organization.

The Homemaking Cottage:
Tons of ideas and tips for everything LDS.

The Primary Page:
Can't think of what to do for Sharing or Music Time?  Browse through thousands of great ideas, handouts and activities.

Primary, Etc.:
More orginal Primary and other organizations helps.  Plus has a shopping area full of LDS oriented items.

Official Church Distribution:

Official manuals, song books, pictures and more from the Church.

Deseret Book:
The unofficial bookstore providing books, helps, and all sorts of other materials for LDS members.
