Rules

How to join
To join, post your profile on the joining board. Your character must be a
real Dragon Ball Z one from the "Characters" section and your profile must contain this information:

1) The name and the race of your character. Race must fit with your character.
2) The stats of your character. You have 50 points to distribute in Speed and Strength.
3) The starting location of your character. You can start either on Earth, Frieza 79, Namek or Vegeta.
4) The status of your character. You can either train for a maximum of 14 days, develop a move or learn one from a Master.
(See below for races, training and getting new moves.)

All characters start with 500 in PL, 5,000 in HP, 25/25 in "Ki", 50 points to distribute
in Speed and Strength, $5,000 and these basic moves: Kick, Kikoha and Punch.

Races and special moves
Each race has its own special moves. Androids have the "Absorb" move, which can be used after defeating
its opponent. Changelings and Saiyans have transform moves, which can be used before a fight. Humans have
the ability to use some of the most powerful "KI" and physical moves during a battle and Nameks have the
"Namek Healing" move, which can be used during a combat to completely heal its wounds.

Androids and Majins:
They have the innate ability to absorb their opponents after defeating them. When an Android or Majin use the
"Absorb" move on a near-death enemy, it absorbs all of its remaining vitality, killing it at once.
Absorb:
Description: Ability to absorb the vitality of its opponent
Effect: User' stats are increased by the PL of your opponent permanently
Restrictions: User must have defeated its opponent before absorbing it

Changelings:
Changelings have the ability to morph after developing "Transform" moves. When a Changeling uses a
"Transform" move, it becomes stronger, usually bigger and taller. Changelings have four
stages of transformation and can come back to normal form at any time.
Transform 1:
Description: Ability to reach the first stage of transformation
Effect: User' stats are increased by 90%
Developing time: 3 days
Transform 2:
Description: Ability to reach the second stage of transformation
Effect: User' "Transform 1" stats are multiplied by 2.5
Developing time: 8 days
Transform 3:
Description: Ability to reach the third stage of transformation
Effect: User' "Transform 2" stats are multiplied by 5
Developing time: 15 days
Transform 4:
Description: Ability to reach the fourth and last stage of transformation
Effect: User' "Transform 3" stats are multiplied by 6
Developing time: 18 days

Demons and Unknowns:
Demons have the ability to teleport themselves in Hell at any time.When they leave Hell, they
go back to the planet from where they teleported. Demons and Unknowns have the ability to transform
using the "Morph" and "Kyodaika" moves. Unknowns can't teleport in Hell.
Morph:
Description: Ability to transform and become stronger
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 2
Developing time: 5 days
Kyodaika:
Description: Ability for a Demon or an Unknown to increase its muscular mass
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 20 for the length of the fight
Developing time: 18 days

Humans, Triclops, Wizards:
Humans have the ability to use some of the most powerful "KI" and physical moves.

Nameks:
Nameks have the innate ability to fuse together trough the process of "Namek Fusion". When
two Nameks fuse, they become a powerful single fighter and cannot un-fuse until they die.
Nameks also have the ability to completely heal their wounds by using the "Namek Healing" move.
They also start with the "Bukujutsu", "Control Power" and "Sense Power" moves.
Namek Fusion:
Description: Ability for two Nameks to fuse together and become a single fighter
Effect: Strongest of the two users' stats are multiplied by 3 and then split in 2 when un-fusing
Restrictions: Users can't un-fuse until they die
Namek Healing:
Description: Ability to completely heal its wounds
Effect: User's HP is fully recovered
Restrictions: Costs 25% of user's "Ki"

Saiyans and Half Saiyans:
Saiyans have the ability to go "Super Saiyan" after reaching a certain level of power and being
really angry. There are five "Super Saiyan"stages. Saiyans also have the innate ability
to turn into giant apes called "Oosaru" when looking at the full moon. Saiyans also have the
innate ability to become stronger when healing after being "Near-Death".
Near-Death:
Description: Ability to become stronger when healing after being "Near-Death"
Effect: User' stats increase of 60% permanently
Restrictions: User's HP must be fully recovered after being at one.
Moon Shine Blast:
Description: Ability to create a huge "Ki" ball similar to a full moon
Effect: Lets the user turn into an "Oosaru" for 8 turns
Developing time: Learnt by King Vegeta

Oosaru:
Description: Ability to turn into a giant ape
Effect: User's PL, HP and Strength are multiplied by 10
Restrictions: User must look at the full moon or create a "Moon Shine Blast" to turn into an Oosaru
Ssj:
Description: Ability to go "Super Saiyan"
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 50
Restrictions: User must have reached a Power Level of 300,000
USsj:
Description: Ability to go "Ultra Super Saiyan"
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 60
Restrictions: User must have reached a Power Level of 450,000
USsj2:
Description: Ability to go "Ultra Super Saiyan 2"
Effect: User's PL, HP and Strength are multiplied by 85. User' Speed decreases by 25%
Restrictions: User must have reached a Power Level of 1,550,000
Ssj2:
Description: Ability to go "Super Saiyan 2"
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 100
Restrictions: User must have reached a Power Level of 3,250,000
Ssj3:
Description: Ability to go "Super Saiyan 3"
Effect: User' stats are multiplied by 150. User's "KI" decreases by 5% every turn
Restrictions: User must have reached a Power Level of 4,000,000

Training
One of the ways to increase your stats is training. You can train alone or with  another member.
When you train alone, you get an increase of +2% PL every day. When training with one or more other members,
you get an increase of +4% PL. There are also training item sets that can increase your training. But in this
case, you can't have more than one training item set. Androids, Majins, Demons and Unknowns can't use training items.
You can't train more than 14 days in a row. After taking a short break of 1 day, you can continue training if you want to.

Getting new moves
There are two ways to get new moves. Most of them must be developed by concentrating
a certain amount of days. (See "Developing time" in move descriptions.) Others must be learnt
by Masters. (See the "Masters" section.) When developing or learning a move, you get an
increase of +1% PL everyday. You can also develop a move with an other member. But in this
case, you have to develop the same move starting the same day. When you develop a move
with an other member, it takes 1 day less to develop this move.

Battles
To fight someone, you have to locate him with a scouter or the move "Sense Power". To prevent
someone of locating you, you need to use the move "Control Power" to hide your Power Level so they can't find you.
When you are located by your opponent, you are free to fight him or flee if you have at least 25% more speed.
You can't use the move "Control Power" to escape from a fight. After beating your opponent, you can either finish
him or spare him. When you finish him, you get 20% of all his stats and all his "other" items and his money
that he has on his corpse, not in the bank. When you spare your opponent, he retires with HP at one.
You've got to be on the same planet to fight.

Stats
There are five stats that you may care about in this RPG: Power Level, Health Points, "KI",
Speed and Strength. Your PL determines the damage you deal with "KI" attacks. HP determines
your life; when you run out of HP you die. "KI" is used to do "KI" attacks. (See below for "KI" moves.)
Speed is used to dodge moves. (See below for move dodging.) Speed also determines who attacks first
in a fight. Strength is used to block attacks with the "Block" move. (See the "Other Moves" section.)
Strength also determines the damage you deal with physical moves.

"KI" moves
Everyone has a vital energy in them called "KI". This energy is used to do "KI" moves. Each member
start with 25/25 of "KI" and when you run out of it, you can't do "KI" moves anymore. Some items and
moves can be used to recover "KI".

Move blocking
When your opponent attacks you with a powerful move and you are sure to die if you take all the damage,
you can block it to decrease the damage received. Blocking takes your turn but it decreases the damage
received by your Strength x25.

Move dodging
Every "KI" move has a "Speed Value" in percents, which determines your ability to dodge that move.
If your opponent tries to use a "KI" move that has a "Speed Value" of 50%, your speed must be 50%
higher than your opponent's to dodge the attack. Dodging an attack doesn't take your turn.

Dragon Balls
To call the Sacred Dragon and have your wishes granted, you must collect a set of seven Dragon Balls
either on Earth or on Namek. To find Dragon Balls you must buy a Dragon Ball Radar. When collecting
the
Earth Dragon Balls, you get only one wish: You can wish back all the persons you want in a single wish but
the same person can't be wished back twice. You can also wish for a maximum of $15,000 either for yourself
or for your whole team; in this case you must split the money between the team members. Finally, you can
wish for an increase of 30% in all stats either for yourself or for your whole team; in this case you must
split the increases between the team members. When collecting the
Namek Dragon Balls, you get three
wishes: You can wish back only one person per wish but the same person can be wished back as many
times as wanted. You can also wish for a maximum of $5,000 per wish and you can't wish it for your whole
team. Finally, you can wish for an increase of 10% in all stats per wish and you can't wish it for your
whole team.You can also wish to teleport to any planet with the two types of Dragon Balls.

Banks
If you want your items and money to be in a safe place, you can deposit them in a bank that is owned
by a member. There are banks on Earth, Frieza 79, Namek and Vegeta but you can't deposit your goods in
two different banks. When you choose your bank, you create an account in this bank by depositing a
minimum of $1,000 and you get a member card from that bank. You can't deposit more than 5 items
and $50,000 in the bank. While your money is in the bank you get a 5% interest every thursday.
A bank can be attacked but the attacker must kill the security guard of the bank to succeed his attack. A thief
that succeeds an attack can steal up to 1 item and $5,000 to each member of the bank. So being a thief is kind
of a little job and depositing in a bank that doesn't have a security guard is kind of a nice gift to thieves.

Jobs
One way to make money is getting a job. You can either be a shop keeper, a bank owner or a security guard. While working,
you can train alone or develop a move but you can't train with other persons, learn a move from a master or leave the
planet where you got your job. If you want to leave, you must find a person to replace you first. A shop keeper gets
money only when he sells an item. He gets 25% of the item cost. So when a shop keeper buys in his own shop, the item
is 25% cheaper. 50% of the item cost goes into fabrication of the item and 25% goes into the maintenance of the shop. A bank owner gets a weekly pay of $750 per member in his bank. The job of a security guard is to prevent attacks against
the bank he is working for. Being a security guard is very dangerous so you must be strong and prepared to fight to be
one. A security guard gets a weekly pay of $2,500. The pay day is thursday.

Selling items
When you need money and you've got some items that are useless in your inventory, you can sell them to any
shop at half of the price that they are normally sold.

Traveling
Travel is done trough three ways. First, you can travel with a space ship, which must be bought at an item store.
Read the "
Distance factor" page to know about traveling durations between planets with a spaceship.
You can't train in a space ship unless you buy the extensions that allow it. Second, you can wish to
teleport to any planets with the Dragon Balls. Finally, you can use the "Shunkan Ido" move to teleport
to any planets where another member of your team is.

Hospital
When you're seriously injured and you don't have any item or move to heal, you can go to an hospital.
You must stay 2 days at the hospital to be completely recovered. There are hospitals on Earth and Namek.

Revive tanks
When you're seriously injured and you don't have any item or move to heal, you can heal in a revive tank.
You must stay 1 day in it to completely recover your HP. There are revive tanks on Frieza 79 and Vegeta.

Recovering "Ki"
To completely recover your "Ki", you have to rest for 1 day. So you must have nothing in your status for 1
day or travel while resting.

Dying

When you die, you get to be judged by King Yamma in the Next Dimension. If you did good actions or didn't do
bad ones during tour life, you will go to Heaven. There you will be able to learn "Fusion Dance" from the Metamols
or go to the Kaio Kai. There, you can learn "Genki Dama" or "Kaio-Ken" from King Kai or train with a stats
increase of +2.5% PL a day if training alone and +4.5% PL if training with an other dead member.
In Heaven, you can also go to the Kaioshin Kai to buy Pottara earrings. If you did bad actions during your life,
you will go to Hell. There, you will be able to train with a stats increase of +5% PL a day if training alone and
+7% PL if training with another member.

Gravity training

When training at an higher gravity than the Earth's, your stats increase faster. When you train at 10G, your PL
increases of +0.5% more every day. When training at 20G, it increases of +1% more every day and so on until 100G.
But, to reach 100G, you have to get used to other gravities by training at least 1 day for every 10G's; the first
training day you train at 10G, the second day at 20G and so on until 100G. Some items like "Gravitrons" allow
gravity training. You can use a "Gravitron" even if you're not traveling and your ship has landed on a planet.
Some planets also got a gravity that is higher than the Earth's.

NPC's

NPC's are non-playable characters that the owners control to add role play. Some of them will also be in the
Sagas. NPC's cannot train or buy items. Some of them already got items but those can only be used by them.
