Additions:

Maintenance-  $25.00 per month

The fee includes monthly server costs plus revisions, additions and deletions to your site on a monthly basis with up to 3 hours of labor per month. For every hour after 3, the charge is $10.00 per hour. 

If no revisions or deletions are made to your website during a month, you will not be charged for maintenance for that month. There shouldn't be much work to be done to your site after completion, except deletions and additions.

You can stop maintenance on your site at any time after your site is created; this may result in deletion of your pages from the server. Should you decide to renew maintenance, your pages will then be re-uploaded.

Custom-made graphics-$10.00/picture

We can create a custom-made header or other graphics for your page. Due to the tedious work that goes into creating a picture and the amount of time, the charge for this may be higher than one would expect, but is definantly worth it.

Additional Web Pages- $10.00/page

If the package you choose doesn't include the number of pages you'd like to have, you can choose to have extra pages added onto that package. There are restrictions however; you can't add more than 5 pages to a package; You will be charged extra for labor/maintenance, and custom-made graphics.

All additions must be made to packages and may not be purchased separately. 

Payment Methods:

Payments can be made:

• Per month (A: $33.33 |  B:$41.67  | C:$50.00)+ maintenance, if needed
• Per six months: (A: $200.00 |  B:$250.00  | C:$300.00)+ maintenance, if needed
• Per year (Package fee, Maintenance fee for 12 months)

As stated previously, if you see the prices are overwhelming or unaffordable, we are willing to work with you. 

A deposit of one-fourth of your package price is required for deposit on your site before any work is uploaded to the server. A bill for monthly maintenance costs and optional monthly package payments is sent per month.

We may send you several screenshots of different designs for your website, and let you choose the one that suits your needs, desires, and clientele, all upon receiving your deposit. If you are unhappy with the screenshots and options available to you, we will refund only your deposit. 

If we don't offer a package that suits your needs, we can create custom-made packages to suit your needs.
