P.T.C. Minutes

July 10, 2002

•         Meeting to order: 2:10 by Kim

•         Minutes: read by Veronica TenEyckk (May 2 minutes)

•         Treasures report: given by Karen Montre.

 

1.  Veronica TenEyck made motion to appprove, Bill Medlyn seconded motion. Voted
and approved.

2.               Also new PTC board members will need to sign signature cards at Placer Sierra
Bank.

•    Calendar of events: Kim Haight

1.  Welcome back lunch Aug. 20, 2002 JJamie Yokom organizing.

2.               Membership drive co-chaired by Karen Montre and Tammy Jennings

3.               Teacher's Theme Basket is "Coffee".

4.             Karen made a motion $60.00 for bassket, gifts, and centerpieces, seconded by
Veronica TenEyck. Voted and approved.

•    Food, Drink, and Dessert:

1.               Make your own sandwiches, potato salad, and chips.

2.             Ice tea, lemonade, and water.

3.       1/2 sheet "Welcome Back Cake", Veronica motioned, Jessica seconded, voted and
approved.

4.               $150.00 for food, Denise motioned; Karen seconded, voted and approved.

•    Book fairs:

1.               Three (3) this year.

2.               Organized by Jessica.

 

•         Jessica made a motion to talk over "Fund Raising Options" in September, Denise
seconded, all approved.

•         Denise brought up snack shack needs, Karen will get schedule from Avon and find
out what parents may be able to help out. Will discuss more at September meeting.

•         Monthly Meeting:

1.   1^st Thursday each month 3:30 in the library (Sep, Oct, Nov, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, and May).

•     Membership Drive $100.00 for mementos, Kim made a motion, Medlyn seconded, all
approved.

•      Assemblies: 1000.00

1.             $1000 will not be there.

2.             Sup needs to come to PTC to be appproved.

•     Meeting Adjourned at 3:05, Veronica motioned, Jessica seconded, all approved.
