I'm a college student living at home who became involved with the online HP fandom just about one year ago.  (I've been a HP fan ever since Prisoner of Azkaban was published.)  Despite the fact that I will soon be entering my Senior year at college, I have quite a bit of free time, due to the fact that I am one of the least studious people you are ever likely to encounter.  Fortunately, I've managed to maintain a 3.7 GPA despite my lack of attention to my studies, so I am free to devote most of my time to reading, writing, and the HP fandom.

Within the HP fandom, I spend most of my time at the SugarQuill, the Leaky Cauldron, as a beta-reader for The Firelight, and at various fanfiction archives.  My fanfic, The Phoenix and the Serpent, also occupies quite a bit of my HP time.

I hope to one day be a published author.  I am in the process of writing my first novel, a YA fantasy, and I am almost finished a rough draft of the book.  (Well, maybe not so rough.  It'll definitely need quite a lot of editing, but I've written a story, not an outline.)  At the moment, I've gotten bogged down with editing and re-editing the first few chapters.
