World Changers - Greenville, NC Construction July 10-17, 2004
When World Changers began in 1990 the goal was to change the way we approach mission education, to get students out of the classroom and into a hands-on mission experience. The focus was to change the life of the participants by giving them an opportunity to change someone else's world. That focus is still true today. Even though World Changers has become a strategic plan to eliminate substandard housing for many communities, the focus is still changing the world of the participants by giving them a hands-on mission experience.
DO YOU WANT TO CHANGE THE WORLD? just bring your students to a World Changers project and watch it happen. Who knows? Maybe your life will be changed as well.
ALL-YOUTH PROJECT Students of all ages are making a difference across North America. On a World Changers All-Youth Construction Project, middle school through college students serve alongside each other to impact communities for the Kingdom of God. Projects include painting houses, replacing roofs, and other refurbishment construction work. Students who have completed the seventh grade through college are eligible to participate.
The youth of First Baptist Church Duluth will be participating in the World Changers - Greenville, NC project in July of 2004.
