| Hands of Christ Food Pantry There is an currently an 'urgent' need for: Dry Milk Jelly Peanut Butter Cooking Oil Cereal There is also a need for: Sugar Self-rising Flour Laundry Detergent Jar Spaghetti Sauce The purpose of Hands of Christ Duluth Cooperative Ministry is to utilize the resources of the community as a Christian Cooperative to golify God and demonstrate Christ's love by ministering to the material and spiritual needs of those in crisis. The Duluth Co-op is: A Place Where... - The resources of the Duluth area churches, community, and merchant orgainizations provide for effective, efficient ministry to our neighbors in need. - Those with painful difficulties and overwhelming problems find solace, support, and solutions. - The Christian community of Duluth and Gwinnett County puts faith into action. The Duluth Cooperative Ministry provides: - Food and Personal Care items - supplied by local churches, merchants, and food drives from civic and community organizations. - Bread and Meat - donated by local merchants and delivered weekly by volunteers. - Baby Items and Clothing Vouchers - available for families in need. - Rent, Utilities, and Prescription Medications - provided only when funds are available through the generosity of our churches and civic groups. - Assistance with job referrals - given by networking with agencies in the county.
