Walk the World in Prayer
Imagine a group of families in their homes praying for a group of people in a foreign country. The families have spent time researching the people, gathering photographs, and studying maps so that they can pray intellectually for the needs of the people.
Now imagine those same families together for a weekend. Their goal is to come together in one place to focus their prayers on many groups of people around the world in a matter of hours. They would walk from country to country and pray as the Spirit propmts them for the people of the given countries to know Jesus.
You may be asking, "How can you walk from country to country and pray in a matter of hours?" There is only one place that I know where you can experience the feeling of walking from country to country and actually interact with people from the respective countries in one place. This place is The World Showcase at Epcot Center in the Disney World theme parks.
The idea:
-Family experience
-One weekend (friday-sunday or thursday-saturday)
-One month mandatory preparation (including 4 meetings to discuss details and preparation)
-Cost for family of 4 will be $400-$900* (indcludes room and park tickets only)
*The variance in cost will be based on type of ticket chosen.
