Gods Divine Calling
for my Life
God has been preparing me since I was a young boy and all through my life for the information HE gave me during the month of August 2006. The information came in small segments, sometime during a regular work day, but mostly when I was awoken from a deep sleep in the middle of the night. My eyes would open, my hands shot up, and my ears were tune to hear through my heart.
I was a little frighten, the first couple of nights this happen, but soon realized I had to listen. I was compelled to get out of bed and write the visions I was having down on paper.
This is what I believe God has instucted me to do:
God has called me to contact every Church and Caring Organization in our city and beyond to help coordinate a project to build a Centers to reach the needy, homeless, battered, and struggling people of our city, county, and state. I have been given peace of mind that HE will supply the finances to purchase and build such a facility. I am to be open to receiving such funding as a gift or through a fund raising project when the time is right.
I am to be patient and wait for HIM to put everything into place, but to be open to what HE leads me to do when the time is right.
The PROJECT:
The project would include a daily meal kitchen, food pantry, clothes closet, and
hundreds of rooms to house those in need of temporary housing. It would also include
individual needs counseling sessions, evaluation and guidance, monitory giving for
special needs, job and skill training, and assistance in job placement in our community.
Why?
Everyday, we see a homeless person wondering the streets, we read about
someone in need of housing due to unforeseen circumstances, and we hear of someone
who is struggling in life. There is a great need in our cities for a combined effort to help
solve these needs and more.
You might say, "It is impossible for one person, one group, one church, or one
organization to supply all the needs that face our city and community.
It is a task."
So, we do what we can and turn a deaf ear to the rest. Ouch!!
Forget about Church affiliation; race, color, or creed; neighborhood boundaries;
and personal opinions or feelings, we need to do something, now.
It is the right thing to do.
Imagine what our city and community could do,
if every Church Member or Caring Person gave $1.00 a week,
just $4.30 dollars a month, which is $52.00 a year.
There are over 650 Churches listed in the yellow pages.
If each Church averaged 250 members,
that would be $162,500 collected every week,
$698,750 every month, $8,450,000 every year.
That would be a great start to solve the needs.
If we pull together as a community of caring people, God can do great
and mighty things with our lives, and just maybe, we might Begin
to please God and make a difference.
Pray about it, meditate on it, and take action as God leads you.
Sincerely,
Rg Webb
