Chapati 

Ingredients


To make 15

9 oz wholemeal flour
6 fl oz water
pinch salt

Method

* Sieve flour. Add salt. Slowly add water until it forms a dough
* Knead 5-10 mins
* Lightly oil dough, and place in a plastic bag. Leave in fridge for min 1/2 hr
* Shape into 15 balls and leave 14 covered while you work with rest
* Roll out until about 6-8 inch diameter.
* Heat a dry heavy frying pan. Cook for a minute or so on each side until small brown spots appear
* Keep warm in oven with a tea towel over them till rest done.
