At the hospital, Kate tells Lucas to focus on his physical therapy for a speedy recovery. Lucas doesn't think his recovery will be very speedy once he leaves today, but Kate tells him that she's hired Taylor to be his personal therapist. Lucas asks why Taylor and Kate says she is good and is the kind of person who can reach and motivate him. Lucas tells his mom that he is getting better for his son, and for somebody else. Kate sees Nicole's little poem and Lucas tells her that Nicole gave it to him. Kate thinks Nicole is just trying to use him to save her own job, but Lucas doesn't believe that and thinks that Nicole is single now that she and Eric are over. He says that he plans to date Nicole when he's better. Kate tells Lucas that right now he needs to concentrate on getting better and preparing for Sami's trial. Kate tells him they could be called to testify, so they have to make sure their stories are perfect. Lucas tells his mom that he doesn't like the idea of lying other oath, but Kate tells him they don't have a choice. Lucas says that sending an innocent woman to jail for a crime he committed isn't his idea of a good time. Kate starts telling Lucas that Sami isn't innocent and he better not mess up her hard work. Lucas tells his mom that pulling this off won't be easy with Roman poking around all the time. Kate tells him that Roman won't find anything, plus his involvement with Billie will keep him off their backs.
Taylor shows up at the hospital and tells Kate that she has decided to take her job offer. Taylor goes in to see Lucas, who is looking at a picture of Nicole in a magazine. Taylor lashes out at him and tells him that everyone thinks her sister is so great. Lucas stops her and asks "Nicole is your sister?" Taylor says he probably can't believe someone like her is Nicole's sister. Lucas says that's not what he meant, but that is how Taylor took it and she ends up storming out of his room. Lucas wonders "What is wrong with that chick?"
At the DiMera Mansion, Stefano informs Rolfe that he will not lose his art treasures to John. They watch John talking with Celeste on the monitor. Celeste warns John to be careful, and he says he always is. Stefano tells John that he doesn't have what it takes to beat him and if necessary he'll make him his pawn again. Rolfe tells him that it has been years since he controlled John and it could be dangerous. Stefano knows and then he recalls erasing John's memory when he was a priest with a full beard. Rolfe is also in the flashback, with a full head of hair. Stefano comes back to the present and tells Rolfe that he knows what the risks are, but he must complete his mission. Wayne and Earl show up and tell Stefano that they lost Greta, but they know where she is. They tell him what happened and Stefano can't believe that they were stopped by an old woman. They promise to that they'll get her the next time, but Stefano tells them to just get out of his site. After they leave, Stefano wonders why Billie sold out Greta (Wayne and Earl don't tell him the details). Later, Stefano talks with Rolfe about John and Hope's memories, which are on a couple of CDs. Stefano tells Rolfe that he needs to turn Hope back into Gina to achieve his ultimate goal, the complete destruction of the Brady family.
Over at the townhouse, John tells Celeste that he's amazed by Jonsey's art collection. He sees a painting on the wall which puzzles him because he doesn't recall seeing it there before.
Roman finds Billie crying at the pub and she begs Roman not to hate her when he learns what she's done. Roman says they can work it out, but she tells him not this time. Billie tells Roman that what she did, she did in the name of love, and he should hear this from her because their relationship deserves it. Billie tells Roman that she lied about Georgia. Billie explains the entire story to Roman, who is appalled. Billie says she was just so hurt and angry, but Roman knows she wanted Bo to blame Hope for their baby's death. Billie says that is right and she is sorry. Roman asks if she's sorry about what she did, or because she got caught. Roman asks if she ever would have told him the truth, but she tells him no because if she did she wouldn't have been able to keep Bo. Billie asks him if he wouldn't have done the same to keep Marlena? Roman says thinking about doing something and doing it are two different things. He tells her that he no longer knows who she is. Billie begs him not to shut her out because he's her only friend in the world. She asks him to forgive her. Roman tells her that she divided his family and he stood by her and protected and comforted her. Roman tells her that the only thing he can feel is sorry for her, but he can't forgive her. Billie leaves and Roman says there is nothing he can do for her now.
At the Horton House, Hope shows up and confirms Greta's story about how Georgia died. Hope tells Bo that Billie lied to them to keep them apart. Bo refuses to believe it, but Greta tells him it is true, she saw them bury the baby in the bayou. She tells them that she wanted to tell him, but Billie convinced her not to. Bo doesn't understand because he buried Georgia in Salem, but Hope tells him that they buried an empty casket, but tonight she buried the real Georgia. Hope also tells him that Billie was the one who told Wayne and Earl where Greta was. Greta apologizes to them, but Hope tells her it's not her fault. Greta decides to go out for some air and Bo apologizes to Hope for how Billie made her suffer. Bo doesn't understand how she could use their child's death to scheme to win his love. Hope says that is exactly why she did it, plus she knew it would keep them apart. Bo tells Hope that it has done just that. Bo asks Hope now that she knows the truth, can she love him again? Hope tells Bo she doesn't know because so much has happened. Bo says that he knows there is more to deal with than Billie, like his horrible mistakes. He tells Hope that it will take time to sort through the mistakes, but can they begin again? Hope tells Bo that she needs a little time. Bo tells her that is fine, but he will have her as his wife again and nothing will keep them apart this time. Hope hugs Bo and smiles.
Greta calls John and tells him that she needs to talk to him. He tells her he will be right over to talk to her. John arrives shortly after Greta's call to him and she explains some of what happened, but says Bo and Hope should tell him the whole story. Greta tells John the reason she called him here was because she wants to help him learn the truth. Eventually, John realizes Greta has feelings for Bo. Greta says she knows Bo loves Hope and she's grateful to him for bringing her to Salem and finding him (John). Greta says she not only wants to help him for himself, but for her as well because he was the one person she could depend on. John tells her even though he doesn't remember her, she can always trust and depend on him. John tells her that he will remember her past and Greta promises to help both him and Hope.
Everyone at the hospital is talking about Sami. Sami shows up and tells them that she's knows they are talking about her and they give her the paper. Kate shows up and start telling Sami how this just proves she's a violent person. They begin to argue and Sami accuses Kate of hiring the photographer. Kate says that there was no way she could have planned for Vivian to go nuts and Sami would slap her. Mentally, Kate wonders how Stefano knew. Sami tells Kate that if she goes to prison, she will use her blackmail because she'll have nothing else to lose. Kate tells her that she does, she would lose the love and respect of her family, Austin, and eventually Will.
Sami goes to see Will and sits with him. She cries that she'll never be able to be there for all his first date, school dance, etc.., but she knows he'll turn into a wonderful young man and she'll always love him. Austin shows up and tells Sami that he'll do everything he can to make sure she's there. Austin and Sami decide to take a walk and Austin asks a nurse to please stay with Will. Austin and Will take a walk and Austin tells Sami that God loves her regardless of what she's done, and he will forgive her if she has repented in her heart.
Mike checks Lucas out and tells him he can leave. Mike and Lucas start arguing about Sami. Mike tells Lucas that he finds it hard that Sami could shoot Franco and she could be put to death for it. Lucas says that he doesn't want Sami to go to prison or die, but when he tried to make amends with her, she strangled him. Lucas tells Mike that he knows Sami is poisoning Austin's mind against him and the only one with a rational head in the family is Carrie. However, he says if Austin keeps supporting Sami, he'll ruin his marriage. Mike asks Lucas if something is bothering him and Lucas says he has to get something off his conscious. As he is about to tell Mike what happened, Kate comes in and stops him. Mike leaves and Kate warns him that if he tells anyone the truth, they will go to prison in Sami's face. She asks Lucas if that will make him happy?
Carrie shows up at the hospital to see Lucas, but she runs into Mike. They talk and Mike tells her that he can't let Lucas and Sami come in between of her marriage to Austin. Carrie goes in to see Lucas, who is with Kate. Lucas says he'd like to see his son. Kate takes Carrie aside and asks if there is anyway she can help. Carrie says she'll go talk with Mike. Carrie sees Austin and Sami leave and she tells Mike that she'd like to arrange for Lucas to see Will. Mike eventually agrees to help Carrie and they go to see Lucas. Mike and Carrie take Lucas to see Will and Mike tells the nurse that he will take full responsibility if they are caught. Lucas tells Will that he will get better to be the daddy he diserves, and then Lucas and Will hug.
At the Horton house, Bo has made everyone pancakes. Shawn D is happy that his family is having breakfast together again. Shawn D mentions that he likes Greta and he owes her a lot for bringing his family together. Shawn D has to go to school and Bo and Hope talk about Greta. Bo says that until she confronts Stefano, she'll remain a prisoner of the past.
Upstairs, Greta has a dream about Father John pushing her on a swing. As John is pushing her, he turns into Stefano. Stefano tells her that John is gone for good! Greta wakes up and calls John to make sure he's all right. She tells him that she's afraid of Stefano, but John tells her that Bo and Hope will protect her and that he'll take care of Stefano.
Back in the kitchen, Hope and Bo talk about Wayne and Earl and how they are lucky Billie didn't tell Stefano, Greta walks in and says if Stefano knew she was here he would kill her. Bo says he thinks it would be best that she confronts Stefano because this way he can't hurt her because he'd be the prime suspect. Greta refuses and says that he promised her that she wouldn't have to do this, he lied to her! Bo says he won't make her do anything she wants to do, but he thinks this is best. Greta refuses and says she wants to go back to the bayou where she is safe with Erlene, Wayne, and Earl, who would never betray her. Bo says that the only way any of them will heal is if they confront Stefano.
Stefano is shopping for a gift for Vivian in Salem Place. He's talking with Rolfe on the phone about turning Hope back into Gina. He tells Rolfe he must do it as soon as the satellite is back into position because there is not a second to lose. Rolfe wonders if Greta has talked with John and Stefano knows a way to find out. Stefano sees Marlena talking on a phone and approaches her. Marlena is suspicious of him, but Stefano says he just hasn't seen her lately and he knows she is going through hard times. Stefano tells Marlena that she should be worried about John's search for the past. Marlena wonders why and she tells Stefano that they'll learn the truth eventually, so he might as well just fess up. Stefano says that he does not know all and see all, he can't help her. Marlena turns to leave, but he stops her and tells her to enjoy being with John in the present because John's past is best buried and forgotten. Marlena realizes that Stefano is afraid John will remember something about him. Stefano begs to differ and says his life is an open book, but John's is not. He tells her that the John she wants is the John of today, the one without his memories. John shows up and sees how upset Marlena is. He looks at Stefano and asks him what the hell he said to her. Stefano says they were just talking. John gloats that he and Hope are getting closer to what happened to him and Hope at Maison Blanche. Stefano warns him that what happened there is best forgotten and this obsession they have with their pasts could destroy their futures. John tells him to go to hell and then he and Marlena walk away. John talks with Marlena about the hypnosis sessions and Marlena tells him that she doesn't think that is a good idea. Meanwhile, Stefano realizes John has already met Greta. Stefano thinks this is good because when John begins to search for his past, he'll be able to get his revenge against the Bradys.
Lucas is with Will and Carrie suggests Will give his daddy a kiss, so he does. Mike takes Lucas and Will for a ride in Lucas' wheelchair and Kate thanks Carrie for doing this for Lucas. Later, Mike talks with Kate. Mike says he feels Lucas is carrying something on his conscious that he's not telling. Kate says he is probably feeling guilty about the car crash, but Mike says there is something else. Lucas, who still has Will on his lap, thanks Carrie and Mike for doing this. Kate leaves to get Will some juice and Will asks Lucas not to go. Lucas tells him he has to, but he wants him to know that his daddy loves him. Suddenly, a very pissed off Austin walks in and demands to know what is going on. Lucas says he wanted to see Will and Mike says he arranged it, but Carrie says they both arranged it. Austin asks Carrie and Mike to leave so he and Lucas can talk. Lucas tells Austin that he's doing to explain something to Austin. Sami shows up and sees Lucas in Will's room.
Roman comes to see Billie, who is shocked to see him. Roman tells her that he is still angry with her. Billie tells him he doesn't need to yell at her again. Roman says he came here to find out if she talked to Bo. Billie says no and Roman tells her that she needs to apologize to him. Billie says if he can't forgive her, than Bo never will. Roman tells her what she did to Bo and Hope was wrong. Billie goes off on one of her "It's still Hope's fault!" tangets. Roman can't believe that she is still holding onto this idea that Hope is to blame. Billie says she doesn't want or need her lectures right now, so he should just leave. Roman tells her that this remind him of the pain and anger when he found out about John and Marlena's affair, and he walked out on everyone because of it. Roman tells Billie that he realized last night that he doesn't want her to be alone like he was and he doesn't want to lose her in his life. Roman tells her that he's angry and sad that she couldn't confide in him down in New Orleans. Billie says she was in shock and she wanted to tell Bo the truth, but she let her anger get the best of her when she got into the fight with Hope. Roman tells her to tell that to Bo, but Billie says Hope won't let Bo forgive her. Roman tells her that no matter what happens, she owes Bo and apology. He also says she'll feel better once she apologizes. Roman offers to drive her over to see Bo, but Billie says she needs to do this on her own. Billie leaves to get her purse and Roman begins to think about finding a clue to help Sami. The phone rings and Billie lets him know it's for him. Mickey is on the phone and wants to call him back in a few minutes. Roman asks Billie if it's all right if he waits for Mickey's call and she tells him it's not a problem. Roman tells Billie that he's proud of her. Before she goes, Roman asks Billie if she was in her mom's room when she yelled to him. Billie tells him yes, which Roman finds interesting. Billie leaves and Mickey calls Roman back. Roman tells him that he's more convinced than ever that Kate heard the gunshot that killed Franco and he knows how to prove it.
In Salem Place, Marlena tells John that she thinks Greta could be telling him things that Stefano wants him to hear. Marlena suggests that after he nabbed Greta after she was injured, he could have brainwashed her to give both him and Hope false clues. John tells Marlena that all that matters is that he believes Greta is the key to his past. John says he needs closure. Marlena tells him that she doesn't care about his past, she only cares about the present and their future. John tells her she need not worry about the future because they will be together.
At the DiMera Mansion, Stefano tells Bart and Rolfe that Wayne and Earl didn't get on the plane back to the bayou, which he knew would happen. Stefano tells them that he's put a tracer in the cell phone he gave them and plans to follow them straight to Greta. Stefano tells Bart where the tracker is and asks him to find Wayne and Earl. Rolfe asks Stefano what if Greta tells John about the time he was a priest? Stefano chuckles and tells Rolfe that the more Greta reinforces what John thinks he knows about his past, the better. Rolfe thinks the more John learns about his past, the more determined he will be to unlock his past. Stefano says there is no key, is there? Rolfe says of course not. However, Rolfe says there is someone he and cannot control, Marlena. Stefano says he's already taken care of her and has planted the suggestion in her mind that John's search for his past will ruin their relationship. Rolfe is still concerned about Greta, but Stefano says he will find her and will have ample time to finish his plan for the sweet Greta.
Wayne and Earl are in Salem Place planning to kidnap Greta tonight.
At the Horton House, Greta refuses to confront Stefano and says she wants to go back to the bayou. Bo asks why, what is she afraid of, is she not telling them something? Greta recalls being alone and bandaged with Stefano. He told her that her mother and Father John were gone, so she must trust him and never reveal their secrets. Greta snaps back to reality and tells Hope and Bo that she's told them everything. Bo begs Greta to trust him, but she says she can't and runs off. Hope suggests that Bo go after Greta. Bo tells Hope that they haven't really had a chance to resolve things between them. Hope says that they should focus on Greta first. Bo promises Hope that he'll make things right. Hope goes shopping and Bo decides to find Greta.
Hope runs into John and Marlena in Salem Place and tells them that Greta has decided to go back to the bayou. Marlena wonders if Stefano got to her. Hope says that isn't possible because Stefano doesn't even know she's alive. Marlena tells Hope not to be so sure of that. Hope is positive that Greta is being nothing but honest. Still, Marlena says she feels they should question anyone who is involved with Stefano. Hope looks at John and asks what if she's right, what if they have been taken in by Greta?
Greta calls Erlene and asks her if she comes back to the bayou, will she and the boys still protect her? Erlene says of course they will. Greta says she'll leave today, but Erlene tells her that she'll have Wayne and Earl meet her somewhere and bring her home. Greta picks up a map and suggests they meet at Green Mountain. As she is abut to leave, Bo shows up at the door. He apologizes to her and tells her that he and Hope will protect her, she has his word. Bo leaves to make something for Greta to eat and she says nobody can protect her.
Billie shows up at the Horton house to apologize to Bo. Bo tells her that she put Hope through hell and she betrayed Greta. He tells her that he can't forgive her for what he did to both him and Hope, as well as Greta.
Greta goes to Green Mountain and recalls coming up here with John. She is sad and says that she'll miss him, as well as Bo. She then recalls dancing with Bo in the catacombs under Maison Blanche. When she turns around she screams because Stefano is standing there. He quickly puts his hand over her mouth and grabs her.
In Will's room, Sami confronts Kate and Lucas about what they've done. Kate tells Sami she's going to prison for the rest of her life, she can't stop Lucas from seeing his son. Sami says even if she does go to prison, Lucas won't get near his son. Lucas tells him that she's wrong, he will be with his son again. Sami tells Lucas that Austin is Will's guardian and he'll make sure he'll never be a part of his life. Kate tells her that Carrie may have other ideas. Kate and Lucas tell her that Carrie knows the truth and when she (Sami) goes to prison, Carrie will help Lucas and Will reunite. Sami says she will not go to jail, she will be acquitted. Kate laughs, but Sami says once she's acquitted, she'll make sure neither of them see Will again. Kate and Lucas leave and Sami tells Will that she hopes Lucas didn't scare him because he's a drunk. Sami tells him that she may have to go away for awhile, but Austin will take care of him abd that is why he can't tell Austin that Lucas never hit him. Austin comes in the room and tells Sami that he really needs to go to the gym. Sami hopes she didn't cause problems for him and Carrie, but he tells her that she is not the problem. Austin tells will he'll seem him later and leaves for the gym. Carrie tries to talk to Austin as he's leaving, but he tells her they have nothing to talk about. Mike tells Carrie that she's right, Austin is obsessed with taking care of Sami and Will. Carrie thinks that it started with Franco's shooting and that in his subconscious, he blames her. Carrie tells Mike that she really hopes Roman can keep Sami out of prison because it could cause problems with her marriage. Later, Sami finds Carrie trying to find Mike. She tells her that she should be concerned about Austin. Sami starts telling Carrie how she doesn't understand where she's coming from because she's not a mother.
Mike goes to the gym to find Austin and asks if they can talk. Mike tells him that he was way too harsh with his wife.
At the Kiriakis mansion, some officers brins Roman a gun and other supplies. Roman says he's going to recreate the crime. Roman has an officer stand where Sami stood and tells him he is to fire a gun into the sandbag, which represents Franco. Outside, Roman is going to have a boombox playing to represent the orchestra and he will determine if Kate could hear the gunshot from her room. Roman goes up to Kate's room and everything is set to go. As the officer is about to fire the gun, Kate and Lucas show up. Roman comes downstairs and has the officer to go shut the music off. Lucas looks at the gun in Roman's hand and IDs it as the murder weapon. Roman asks Lucas how he knew that. Kate points out that Sami held Lucas at gunpoint with the same gun days before Franco's death. Kate says that Sami hid the gun and nobody knew where it was. However, Lucas remembers seeing where Sami hid the gun. Kate asks Roman what he is doing here and he tells her that he was recreating the crime. Kate is furious with him and "how dare he upset Lucas on the day she brings him home." Roman apologizes, but says he's determined to find out who really killed Franco. Kate says they've already been over this, but Roman tells them both that he feels they are hiding something, and if they aren't, they shouldn't mind if he finishes experiment. He tells her what he wants to do and she tells him to go ahead because it won't prove a thing. Kate tells Lucas to go back to his room, but he wants to watch. The gun goes off and Lucas flashes back to the crime when the officer shoots the gun.
At Salem Place, John and Hope both believe that Greta is not on Stefano's side. Marlena says Greta may not be afraid of Stefano, but Stefano could be afraid about what Greta can reveal about him. Hope still trusts Greta and John does as well. John thinks Greta is the only one who can help him and Hope find out about their secrets. Still, Marlena doesn't trust Greta and wishes they'd both give up their dangerous search for their pasts. John and Hope decide that they need to talk to Greta, so they all leave to find her.
At the Horton house, Billie tries to explain herself to Bo. She tries to tell him why Hope is partially to blame, but Bo tells her to stop it. He tells her that she's not coming between him and Hope again. Bo asks her why she just didn't tell him the truth, why did she put Hope through hell? Billie tells Bo that he doesn't give a damn about Georgia, all he gives a damn about is Hope. Bo says he cared about Georgia. Billie says she knows that, but now that Georgia is dead they don't have to mention her, which is what he wants. Bo says he wants her to fess up to her lies. Billie admits she lied, but she says that Hope is still the reason their child is dead because she wanted Georgia to die in her heart. Bo tells her that Hope is not to blame, but Billie begs to differ. Billie then starts telling Bo how Hope prefers to play Princess Gina than stay home with him and Shawn D. She also tells Bo that Princess Gina wouldn't give him a second look. Bo tells her that Hope's past is not the issue, her lying is. Bo tells her that she not only hurt Hope, she betrayed Greta. John, Marlena, and Hope show up. Bo goes up to get Greta and finds that she's gone. All eyes are on Billie of course, but she says she doesn't know where she is. Billie says she could be with Wayne and Earl, so she calls them. Billie asks to talk with Greta, but they says they haven't found her yet. He tells them that Greta is at Green Mountain, but Stefano found her.
Up on Green Mountain, Stefano tells Greta he'll take his hand off her mouth if she remains quiet. Greta nods and Stefano lets her go. He tells her that it is so good to see her again. Greta asks what he wants and Stefano tells her that he has big plans for her. Greta asks how he found her and Stefano says he trailed Wayne and Earl to her. Stefano tells her that she was wrong to hide from him all these years. Greta says he sent men after her and she was afraid. Stefano says he was concerned for her. Stefano mentions her and Bo hiding in the catacombs and Greta asks how he knows about that. Stefano says he knows everything. Stefano tells her that they were close once, he would like them to be close again. Greta refuses to listen and says she knows what he did to Father John. Stefano says John discovered secrets he wasn't supposed to know, so he had no choice but to erase his past to save many innocent lives. Greta asks whose lives and Stefano says the truth will be told to her one day. Greta refuses to listen to Stefano and runs away. Stefano follows her and they end up on a bluff. Stefano tells Greta to trust him because he won't hurt her. Greta is standing on the edge of the bluff and Stefano tells her not to move. He tries to make her see that she was delirious when she ran away from Maison Blanche. Stefano tells her that he only wants to help her, but she tells him she doesn't want his help. Greta steps back and falls off the bluff. She clings to the side of the cliff and Stefano begs her to take his hand. Stefano tells her if he wanted her to die he wouldn't be trying to help her. He begs her to just trust him and take his hand. As she is about to slip, Stefano grasps her hand. Meanwhile, John, Marlena, Bo, and Hope arrive at the mountain to search for Greta. Stefano pulls Greta up and Greta thanks him with a hug. Suddenly, everyone sees them hugging and Marlena says she was right about Greta.
At the Kiriakis Mansion, the officer fires the gun into the sandbag and Lucas shouts "no!" as he remembers killing Franco. Roman comes downstairs and Kate tells Lucas to stay calm. Kate asks Roman if he heard the gunshot and he says he did, so she must have heard it as well. Roman says he heard the gunshot loud and clear, and earlier he heard Billie call him from the bedroom, so she must have heard Franco and Sami arguing and the gunshot. Kate tells Roman that she wasn't in the bedroom, she was in the shower. She tells him that this was all a waste of time. Roman disagrees and asks Lucas what he thinks. Kate butts in and tells him she's already explained what happened, but Roman refuses to believe her. Kate screams that she didn't hear anything or see anything and she can't help him prove Sami isn't guilty. Billie walks in and asks what is going on. Kate tells Billie that Roman used her to get into the house and conduct his little experiment. Kate tells Billie to tell her friend to please leave. Billie looks at Roman and says that depends, are they still friends? Kate asks if something has happened between them and Roman says that Bo and Hope learned the truth about Billie's baby. Roman realizes Kate knew the truth, but Billie says her mom had nothing to do with it. Roman ask Lucas why he's so quiet. Lucas says he can't help him. Roman wonders if he is covering up something to get revenge on Sami. Kate tells Roman that is enough and tells him to leave Lucas alone. She tells Roman that he is abusing his power and she is considering filing a report against him. Kate and Roman argue about Sami, and Roman says that he will not give up until he knows the truth and he is willing to bet it is something she (Kate) already knows. Billie tells Roman that her mother knows nothing and tells him to stop harassing her. Kate tells Roman that what happened in this house will haunt her forever. Roman tells Kate that her eagerness to see Sami executed will haunt him forever. Kate tells Roman to get out of her house. Roman says he will leave, but if he needs to return he will, and he'll bring a warrant. Roman walks out and Billie follows him and asks why he's doing this. Roman says he's only protecting his daughter and that Kate also has a history of lying and deceit. Roman says he'll never trust Kate and Billie says that is what Bo said to her. Billie tells Roman she talked with Bo. Roman hopes she can work it out with Bo and Hope. Billie tells Roman that she hopes he can clear Sami, but her mom is telling him the truth about what happened. Billie goes back inside and Kate tells Billie that she's not hiding anything and leaves to get some work done. Billie offers to get Lucas some coffee, but he says no thanks. Billie offers Lucas her support and he thanks her. Billie tells him that she knows what it's like recovering from an addiction, but he's also recovering from his accident. Billie tells Lucas that she knows he's carrying a secret and suggests he comes clean. Lucas asks what she is insinuating, and Billie says she saw how uncomfortable he was when Roman was here. She tells him that he just looks like he is hiding something. Meanwhile, Kate comes up with an idea to throw Roman off the track. At the same time, Roman decides to investigate Kate and Lucas and leaves to see if the phone records have been delivered to the station
Mike tries to reason with Austin at the gym. Mike tells Austin he needs to lighten up and because he's putting his marriage on the rocks. Austin gets incredibly angry with Mike. Mike asks Austin to give Lucas a chance, but Austin says it will take a lot to make him believe Lucas has changed. Mike points out that he is so willing to believe Sami has changed, so why can't Lucas? Austin says the reason he knows Sami has changed is because she would have told him that she lied about Lucas hitting Will when he gave her the chance to come clean with him about anything else she has done. Mike tells Austin that he hopes Sami has changed because then he can focus on his marriage to Carrie. Austin asks Mike why he's so concerned about his marriage? Mike says he is just concerned about Carrie.
At the hospital, Carrie and Sami get into an argument about Lucas and Will. Sami ends up egging Carrie on by saying that she's wrecking her marriage by spending all her time at the hospital. Carrie and Sami continue to bicker. Sami tries to give her sister advice about marriage. Carrie laughs and tells Sami that she doesn't know anything about marriage or relationships. Sami asks Carrie to have a little compassion. Sami tells Carrie that she could go to jail for something she may not have done. Carrie tells her sister not to give up looking for the truth. Sami says she won't because she doesn't want to live without her son, it's for his sake she's going through this. Sami says she fears she'll lose Will's love if she goes to prison. Carrie tells Sami that she and Austin won't let anyone turn Will against him, but it's time to forgive and forget. Sami says she will never forgive Lucas and Kate for what they have done. Sami warns Carrie that if she gets anymore bright ideas about letting Lucas see Will, she will regret it.
Mike returns to the hospital and Carrie tells him that Sami is so driven by hate and revenge. Both Mike and Carrie agree that keeping Will out of Lucas' life isn't good for Will or Lucas. Mike says he went to the gym to talk to Austin about that, but she says he shouldn't have done that. Austin returns to the hospital and tells him about her fight with Carrie. Sami tells him that she fears Carrie will let Lucas back into Will's life. Austin says he won't let that happen, but Sami cries that Carrie and Lucas might turn Will against her.
Up on Green Mountain, Marlena, John, Bo, and Hope see Greta in Stefano's arms. John refuses to believe Greta is working for Stefano and Bo wonders what is going on. Stefano asks Greta how coming out into society has been and she says Bo has been helping her. Stefano asks Greta what she told Bo and she says tells him what she told Bo. Stefano tells Greta that all that matters is that he is here to take care of her again. Bo and Hope step out from the bushes as do John and Marlena. John asks what is going on and Stefano says he and Greta were becoming reacquainted. Bo ask Greta why she ran away and Greta says she wanted to go home. Bo asks why now and Marlena suggests that Greta's work for Stefano was done. Greta swears that she's not working for Stefano. Stefano tells Marlena that there is no conspiracy going on. Bo asks Greta how long she's been working for Stefano. Stefano holds her and tells Greta to tell them that they are friends and he has done nothing but help her. Bo asks Greta if Stefano is her friend and she says yes. Bo doesn't believe her because she ran away from Stefano. Greta says that Stefano was always kind to her, she ran away because of the pain from her surgeries. John steps up and says that they know he was involved with Ernesto somehow. Stefano says that is ridiculous and says that all he did was take care of Greta and Hope. Hope tells Stefano that she knows she was never scared and that she wasn't at Maison Blanche for four years. Stefano tells Hope that she was injured from flying debris and her head was bandaged and she did have amnesia. Stefano says that she was at Maison Blanche with Greta and Greta, who was on pain killers, kept thinking she was Princess Gina. He then says that Hope suddenly vanished and must have become Princess Gina because she though that's who she was. Hope asks "what about Europe?" and Stefano claims to know nothing about Europe. Hope calls Stefano a liar and tells him that Lily Faversham knew him in Europe as Rudolpho Meradi and she (Hope) was close to him. Stefano says that Lily Faversham is a crazy old woman. Stefano reminds Hope that he owes her thanks because if it was not for him, she would never have been reunited with her family. Stefano suggests they forget about the past and focus on the future. John gets a laugh out of that. Stefano tells them that he's tired of wasting time, so he and Greta are leaving. Bo stops him and tells him that he's not taking Greta anywhere. Stefano tells Bo not to be stupid, he has Greta's best interests at heart and wants to fix her face. Stefano says he had both Greta and Hope's best interests at heart, but none of them believe him. John tells Stefano he has a question nagging him, what was his relationship was with the real Princess Gina. Stefano says anything could have happened while he was traveling in Europe. When John asks Stefano to elaborate, Stefano says he's tired of this. He tells Greta that perhaps she should go with them. Bo tells Greta that she can stay with him and Hope. John warns Stefano that they will learn what Greta knows about him. Stefano walks off and says he has to turn Hope back into Gina ASAP.
