Elsewhere, Brandon returns to the table where Sami is sitting. Sami is wondering if she can do this. He tells her that she has no choice, if she wants her son back then she has to come to Paris with him. Sami says she just doesn't think she can leave Salem right now, and asks why he can't go alone? Brandon says that his plan requires a man and woman traveling together to act as one another's cover because this could be very dangerous. Sami tells him that he's really selling her on this trip. Brandon tells her that if she wants her son back this is the only way. Brandon asks her if she's coming to Paris with him or not? Sami asks what about her job? Brandon tells her to cough, so she does, and he says it sounds like she's coming down with the flu. Sami says she's also going to have to lie to Austin, and she already lied to him about tonight. Brandon says Austin is not helping her get her son back, so she shouldn't feel guilty about what she's doing. Brandon tells her that they'll only be gone a couple of days. Sami asks him why he's doing this for her? Brandon says that she was almost executed for a crime she didn't commit, and that angers him. Plus, he says she is his best friend. Sami believes he can help her, so he asks if they are on? Suddenly, Sami sees Austin, so she runs and hides. Austin talks to Brandon about Nicole and tells him that she's going through a rough time. He then asks if he's seen Sami? Brandon says he saw her at work. Austin asks if he knows where she is now, but he says no. Brandon tells Austin that he's kind of here on a date, so Austin leaves. Sami returns, and thanks Brandon for covering for her. She finally realizes that she can't tell Austin about this plan, and she has decided to go to Paris with him.
At the mansion, Kate and Lucas are still discussing their Sami problem. Lucas tries to tell his mom that they have nothing to worry about because there is no way out of this one for Sami, no matter what she knows. Lucas says that Roberto still could have left the strip club, killed Franco, and returned. Kate tells him that he is grasping at straws and Sami will never buy that, she will keep digging until she uncovers the truth. Kate wishes she had let the little witch die, but Lucas says she is the mother of his son. Kate asks how he will feel when the mother of his son finds out what he did? Lucas thinks they should get a really good lawyer. Kate asks who will pay for that lawyer, she can't count on Victor! Lucas thinks they are done for, but Kate says that is not true. She says she will not let Sami destroy their lives, she will kill her before she let that happened. Lucas tells her no way, he will go to jail for them, he won't name her as an accomplice. Kate says they are in this together and neither one of them will go to jail because Sami will die before the truth comes out! Lucas tells her not to talk that way. Kate asks for some time alone to think, so Lucas leaves. After Lucas leaves, Kate reads Nicholas' letter.
Out on the patio, Lucas finds Nicole bawling. He asks where she's been? She tells him to leave her alone, but Lucas says no. She tells him to go away, so he tells her fine, she can sit there and feel sorry for herself because he's had a hard day and has a lot on his mind. Nicole says she does to, so he asks like what? Nicole looks at him and says she is dying.
At the dance, everyone watches as Phillip and Chloe dance to Leanne Rhimes' "I need you." Mimi is sulking, and tells Shawn and Belle that she's going to go try and find a Chloe-Free zone. Shawn watches Jan and Jason staring at Chloe and he tells Belle that they are up to something, and they need to find out what. Jan tells Jason that this is disgusting, but Jason tells her that Cinderella will be a pumpkin soon, so she should enjoy her time in the limelight. Jason and Jan move to a more secluded and private spot to go over their surprise for Chloe. Shawn follows them and decides to see what they are up to. Chloe excuses herself from Phillip's company to talk to Belle. Belle tells her that everyone was watching them, and the way Phillip was looking at her was right out of a movie. Chloe tells Belle that just because she isn't wearing a black dress, and is wearing make-up, suddenly she is acceptable. Belle doesn't think it is like that, but Chloe tells her that she just doesn't understand and never will. Belle is hurt, and CHloe apologizes, but she says that she is popular and wouldn't know what it is like to be made fun of. Belle says she does understand, she wanted to be friends with this girl in first grade, but she wouldn't talk to her. Chloe tells Belle that she is speaking of a lifetime of rejection. Chloe says that now that she looks a certain way, she is being accepted, doesn't she (Belle) think that is kind of shallow? Belle asks why she dressed this way if that is how she feels? Phillip returns at this point to take Chloe back onto the dance floor. Mimi and another girl, Heather, approaches Belle, and Heather hopes Belle isn't upset about CHloe. Belle says why, she is happy for Chloe. Heather says that everyone kind of assumed she would be crowned queen of the dance, but Chloe is pulling in a lot of votes. Mimi thinks this is not fair, but Belle says who cares who is crowned king and queen, what is important is that they are all celebrating the end of the school year. She then says almost everyone, where is Shawn? Mimi still can't let the Chloe as queen thing go. Belle tells her that it is all kind of meaningless in the grand scheme of things. Heather asks Mimi what is with her, she doesn't seem to be having any fun at all tonight. Mimi says nothing is wrong with her, and then she blows up. She tells them that this over analyzing of her is getting really old, and she storms off.
Outside, Shawn overhears Jan tell Jason that the entire plan will be ruined if Phillip and CHloe doesn't win. Shawn asks them what will be ruined? Jan covers and claims they are just worried that Chloe might be crowned queen, and that will ruin the dance. Shawn doesn't believe them, and warns them not to try anything against Chloe. After Shawn leaves, Jan thinks they should call this off, but Jason says he's not afraid of Shawn's threats.
Shawn returns, and he tells Belle that he thinks he put a stop to Jan and Jason's plan. Belle still wants to let Mimi know what is going on, but Shawn says no way. Belle tells Shawn that she already told her mom that she would find out what was up with Mimi tonight. Shawn says he thinks he knows a way to get through to Mimi.
Elsewhere, Chloe asks Phillip what he's thinking about? Phillip tells Chloe that he was caught up in this king of the dance thing, but now he realizes it isn't about winning. He says it is about being with someone who makes you feel good about yourself. Phillip leaves to get them some punch, so Shawn and Belle asks Chloe to help them with Mimi. Belle says Shawn wants them to confront Mimi to find out what is going on? Chloe says Mimi hates her, but Belle thinks she can help them. CHloe says she'll do what she can. Some other kids tease Belle and Shawn about their Saturday Night Fever dance at the last dance, and they cheer them onto the dance floor. Shawn and Belle end up salsa dancing to Enrique Eglasias.
Mimi is out in the lobby and says she can't wait a minute longer, she has to do this now. She picks up the phone and makes a call. Unfortunately, the cell phone she calls isn't working. She can't believe the cell phone isn't working, and worries what she will do now.
Phillip finally apologizes to Chloe for asking her not to tell anyone about how he walked her home. He says he screwed up, but he thinks he learned an important lesson. Chloe says she thinks she learned something from it too.
Mimi returns to catch Shawn's dance, and Belle thinks it is time to find out what is going on with Mimi. Mimi talks with Jan and Jason, who can't stop giggling. Mimi asks what is up? Jason tells her that tonight, someone will get a blessing from above!
Heather asks everyone for their attention. She says that the ballots have been counted, it is time to announce the king and queen! Heather announces that Chloe and Phillip are the king and queen. As Everyone applauds, Jan and Jason high five one another. Phillip and Chloe take the stage and are crowned. Shawn sees Jan looking up, and finally spots the bucket. Behind the stage, Jason is holding onto a rope. Shawn finally realizes what is about happen. Jason pulls the rope, and the bucket of blood tips over.
At Titan, Victor meets with Rex and asks him how the Nicole situation is going? Rex says he has four million already, and he is very confident he will be able to get the last million from her. Victor tells him that he won't get the bonus unless he gets all five million from her. Rex then hopes Victor won't mind if he spends the bonus on Nicole. Victor tells Rex that he thought he had more class, but Rex doesn't understand how Victor can live in that mansion with Nicole and not want a piece of her. Victor eventually gets disgusted by Rex's sex talk and tells him to leave. Victor's lawyer then shows up to advise him about the Kate situation. He recommends Victor make up with Kate, but Victor asks how much it will cost to get Kate out of his life. The lawyer tells him it will be complicated, and he should think about offering Kate a settlement. Victor says he has an extra five million dollars coming his way soon so that should make Kate happy. His lawyer asks Victor if there is no way he and Kate can reconcile? Victor says he doesn't have proof, but he is positive Kate was unfaithful.
At the mansion, Kate questions Henderson about everything he told Sami, and all her responses. Kate is positive that Sami is onto something. She dismisses Henderson, and then reads Nicholas' love letter, which basically says he had to leave Salem because he couldn't be near her without being with her. Kate tells herself that she is in a lot of trouble with the Sami situation, and only Victor can help her when it comes to Sami. She says there must be a way to get him back on her side. She shoves the letter into her purse and leaves. Victor then shows up and finds the letter and decides to see just what happened between Nicholas and his wife.
On the patio, Nicole tells Lucas that she has cancer. Lucas tells her to back up and asks what makes her think that? Nicole tells him that Dr. Bader ordered a biopsy, but Lucas says that doesn't mean she has cancer. Nicole says she is always in pain, but Lucas tells her that could be some other medical problem. Lucas tells her that if she is sick then he will get her the best help that money can buy. Lucas tells her that he loves her and they will have many more happy years together. Nicole calls him a fool and runs off.
At the dance, Shawn quickly grabs Chloe and pulls her out of the way, which leaves Phillip to take a bucket of chicken blood for her. Chloe is shocked and realized that was for her. Meanwhile, Phillip runs after Jason and decks him. They get into an argument, but Jason tells him to wake up because Ghoul Girl is not one of them. Phillip pretends he has no feelings for Chloe, and they go back into the dance. The principal asks if he knows who did this to him, and Phillip says no. Meanwhile, Mimi gets into a fight with Jan, who says they should have dumped a bucket of soap water on her. Mimi calls her a bitch, slaps her, and ends up running out of the dance. Belle, Chloe, and Shawn all follow her. When Phillip learns Chloe ditched him he is upset. Jan thinks Phillip has feelings for Chloe and tells him to face it, he's been dumped.
Outside, Chloe, Belle, and Shawn see Mimi approached by a drug dealer. Mimi yells at him that she will never deal drugs for him because she couldn't turn her friends onto drugs. She runs off, and the kids follow her. Mimi passes her house, and Belle notices that her house is empty. Chloe points out that there is a for sale sign in the yard, and another one that says bank foreclosure. They follow Mimi to an alley where she and her family are living in a tent. Mimi's brother is very sick and her mom says he needs to go to a clinic. Mimi says if they take him then everyone will see how know how they've been living. Belle tells Mimi that they already know.
Stefano decides to take a look at Hope's baby because he's worried that if it is very sick, tests might be run and it won't take Bo long to realize what has happened to Hope's baby. Stefano goes to their house and has a gift for Hope as bait. He managed to save part of her bracelet that she sacrificed in the castle so that Stefano could fix the radio, and he had it reconstructed for her and part of the original incorporated into it. He also had an inscription put on it. "Where there is life there is Hope" along with the baby's birth date. She thanks him, and then he slyly asks if he can see the baby. Hope says no because she just got him to sleep and doesn't want to wake him. Stefano leaves, and Hope goes to check on the baby. Bo prays that Stefano isn't the father, but fears he is because why else would Stefano want to see the baby. Suddenly, Hope screams for Bo's help.
At Austin's, Greta asks Austin if he's sure he's okay? Austin says the roof was a special place for him and Carrie, but that is no reason for him to spend the entire summer in his apartment sweating to death. Austin thanks Greta for taking him up there, and Greta thanks Austin for the talk. Austin asks Greta if she will knock on Eric's door? Greta isn't sure what she is going to say. Austin says that Eric says he and Nicole are only friends, and she can believe him because he is a good guy. Greta says she needs to get her purse from his apartment first. Austin and Greta then go inside so that she can get her purse.
Sami heads home, but is caught by Austin trying to go into her apartment. Greta tells Sami she is looking a little flush, but then says oh it is just make-up. Austin asks Sami why she looks like a hooker? Sami thanks him for the comment, but Austin says that makeup is a little heavy for work, which she left hours ago. Eric shows up at this point and asks what is going on. Sami says she's had a hard day and wants to go to bed. Austin asks what happened to her car, he and Greta saw her just get out of someone's car. Sami and Eric are not pleased to learn that Austin and Greta were up on the roof together. Austin claims Greta was hot. Greta goes inside with Eric, leaving Sami with Austin.
Greta finds the porn movie in Eric's apartment and asks what movie it is? Eric takes the movie from her and kisses her to change the subject. Greta wonders why he did that because he was under the impression that they weren't speaking. However, she says she did love the kiss. Eric says he thought, since she was coming to see him, it was a a good sign. Greta tells Eric that she did want to kiss and make up, so they move over to the couch to make out. Greta is very aggressive, and Eric says he doesn't want to do something she isn't ready to do. Greta says she is ready, so they continue going at it. However, Greta eventually realizes she can't, and Eric thanks her for forgiving him. Suddenly, Eric gets a call from Nicole (who is supposed to be busy with Brandon). Nicole says she needs to talk to him, but Eric says Greta is here. Nicole tells him that she'll call him in the morning. Greta asks who that was, and Eric says it was no one. Greta asks Eric how Nicole is feeling? Eric says he's not sure what is wrong with Nicole, and she doesn't want to talk about it with him. He thinks it might be serious, which makes Greta feel bad. She thought Nicole was faking it, and thinks she should apologize. Eric says that might not be a good idea. Eric's phone rings again, and it is Nicole! She says she is sorry, but this can't wait until tomorrow, she must talk to him now. They agree to meet at the park. Greta asks Eric if something is wrong? Eric says no, he is just tired. He offers Greta another cup of coffee, but she declines. She says she is tired too, and her car is parked just out front. Greta decides to go, and Eric says he'll see her tomorrow. After she leaves, Eric worries about what the doctors told Nicole. Outside, Greta worries about what is going on with Eric. She wonders if he even wants her anymore.
Austin and Sami go into Austin's apartment to talk. Austin asks where she was, and she says she was with Brandon. She says that she ran into Brandon after work and after he ran into him at the Blue Note, and they went to the mall for a big sale. She says that she also had some glamour shots. Austin isn't sure he believes her, but tells her to go wash his face and he will make some cappuccino. Sami says he doesn't know how to use the machine, but Austin says Greta taught him. Sami wonders what is going on with him and Greta? He's had that machine for months but showed no interest in learning how to use it, and he refused to go up to the roof with her because it was his special place with Carrie. Austin tells her not to question him, she is the one who cancelled their plans tonight. Later, Austin thinks Sami doesn't want to spend time with him. Sami tells Austin that she loves him and nothing will ever change that. She then tells Austin she is going away for a few days, but she doesn't know when. Austin asks Sami what she is up to now? Sami says she's going to Chicago to attend a support group that deals with custody cases and issues. Austin asks why she's even bothering, she already knows there is no way she'll get custody of Will. Sami tells him that she's surprised he doesn't realize why she needs a support group, he reminds her of that fact every day! Sami says she is too tired to deal with his negatively tonight, so she is leaving. She then storms out of Austin's apartment.
At the Kiriakis mansion, Nicole is glad she doesn't have HIV, and now she just hopes she doesn't have cancer. Brandon shows up, and Nicole asks what is the matter? It's late for him to be coming over. Brandon says that is what he is here to find out. Brandon says that Sami told him that she was sick, and he notices the gash on her head. Nicole says she just hit her head and there is no permanent damage. Brandon asks if she fainted again? Nicole says no, and she tells him not to tell her that she looks sick. Brandon tells Nicole that she's scaring him. Nicole hugs Brandon and tells him that he is the only person who hasn't let her down. Brandon says that is not true, he couldn't protect her against him. Nicole says that was a long time ago, and they have new lives now. Brandon still worries about her, and when he thinks about people being sick he thinks about AIDS and Cancer. Nicole says that Dr. Bader is running a few tests, but they are nothing to worry about. Brandon asks if she is pregnant? Nicole says no, so Brandon asks what is going on? Nicole says she just has to go in for some blood tests tomorrow. Brandon wants to go with her, but Nicole makes various excuses why he doesn't need to go with her. She knows he is supposed to be on vacation and doesn't want him to give it up to be with her. Brandon eventually agrees to not bother her about it, but he says he will check up on her. She tries to get rid of him, claiming she's tired, but eventually allows him to stay. She says she will be a decent hostess and get them a drink, so he shouldn't go away. She leaves the room and calls Eric, but when he says he is with Greta, she says she'll call him tomorrow. Later she calls him again and insists on meeting him tonight. Nicole returns to Brandon, and asks what is wrong with his hand? BRandon says he just forgot to wear his gloves at the gym when he was working out. Nicole asks where he is going on his vacation? Brandon says he's going to Europe. She asks if he is taking a special girl, and he smiles and says maybe. Brandon leaves, and Victor, who was eavesdropping, doesn't understand why Nicole wouldn't tell her brother about her biopsy. Nicole tells Victor that there is a lot about him that he doesn't understand.
Brandon leaves Nicole, and gives Larry a call. He tells Larry he has a question to ask him, and he hopes he has the right answer. Brandon asks Larry if he knows stenography? Brandon says he does, Brenda is training him. Brandon is pleased because when he returns from his trip there will be fireworks with Abe. Abe says whatever happens between him and Carver from now until he returns, he needs to write everything down, and a witness would make things better.
Victor looks out his window and sees Kate pacing around the pool. He thinks that if he can trust Kate, she will be patient, and this new drug will work, perhaps if they could make love there could be a chance for them after all. On the patio, Kate tells herself that she should have learned by now she can't count on anyone but herself. She says she and Lucas will take Will, they'll leave Salem, and no one will ever hear from them again. However, she is afraid to leave Phillip because his father will poison his mind against her. Suddenly, Victor shows up and tells Kate that the night becomes her. Kate asks why, because it is dim? Victor tells her no, because she is beautiful. Kate wonders what Victor is up to, why is he speaking to her? Victor tells Kate that he knows Nicolas and her didn't have an affair. Kate tells him that is one of the reasons she loved him, because he is smart. Kate says she wasn't going to tell him this, but she wants him to know she's not running after Nicholas. She says she really wants to stay here with him and Phillip, but she can't. Victor says of course she can! Kate says she can't, Sami Brady is causing trouble for her. Kate tells Victor what Henderson told Sami, and now Sami is suspicious. Victor says Austin won't let Sami hurt her, but Kate says Austin doesn't know what is going on, he is clueless that Sami is conspiring with Brandon against her. Kate tells victor that she knows he doesn't want to marry her, and as much as she wishes they could have another chance together, it is not safe for her to stay here. Victor tells her to use her head, if she runs there is a presumption of guilt, and if she has her son, Sami will never stop looking for her. Kate says she is just afraid, but Victor says they need to think about this. Victor asks what the first thing Sami would do if she had evidence? Kate says she'd run to daddy. Victor says that would mean Roman would investigate the club, and what is the worst thing they could find, a receipt? Victor says Roberto still could have slipped out, killed Franco, and returned and used the club as an alibi. Victor says he will go talk to the owner of the club and learn everything the owner knows. However, he tells Kate not to run. Kate asks if there is hope for them? Victor tells her not to start planning her future just yet, but he can assure her she won't spend her future in prison. After Victor leaves, Kate calls Gregory Charmain about her rights in her relationship with Victor. She refuses to allow Victor to take the lifestyle she has grown accustom to away from her.
Mimi runs to the park, and Shawn follows her. Shawn wants to know what is going on, but Mimi wishes they hadn't followed her. Shawn tells Mimi that they will not judge her. He says that her family can't keep living like this, they need help. Mimi asks what he's going to do about this? Shawn asks where her dad is, did he skip town? Mimi tells him not to talk about her father like that! Shawn apologizes, and Mimi says not that it is any of his business, but he is in Chicago on interviews. Shawn asks how they are going, but Mimi doesn't respond. She asks if they have heard from him? Mimi says no, which angers Shawn. Mimi says their dad doesn't know how bad it has gotten, he doesn't know they have lost their house. She cries that she needs her dad so much. Shawn asks why she never said anything about this earlier? Mimi says Jan and Jason would trash her, and she hates this town and her life. Shawn tells Mimi that she has dealt with more problems that any normal person ever would have to tackle in a lifetime. Shawn and Mimi return to the tent, and Shawn and Belle both fear for Connor's health. They says they should take him to the hospital. Shawn says his grandmother is on staff there, she will take care of things for them. Mrs. Lockhart tells Mimi that he isn't getting any better, so Mimi says okay. Shawn tells Mimi that he is proud of the way she is holding it together here.
At the high school boysroom, Phillip is changing into some clean clothes. Jason wants to go to a party, but Phillip is furious with him. Phillip fears Jason's lame prank has ruined his rep, and everything was going to swell for him before Jason screwed everything up! Jason says the blood was supposed to end up on Chloe, which Phillip says was a lousy thing to do. Jason asks him why he cares about Chloe Lame-O. They almost end up in a fight, until Jan shows up, yes in the boys room. Jan asks Phillip if he's coming to the party? Phillip doubts it, which disappoints Jan because she had hoped they could go skinny-dipping. Jan then tells Phillip that his stock has totally soared, all the girls want him now because not only did he take a bucket of chicken blood for Chloe, but he turned his girlfriend into a goddess. Phillip says that she's not his girlfriend, but she is better than them. Jason warns Phillip that he better not tell anyone what happened tonight because he was every bit as involved as they were, got it? Phillip says if he wants to bust them he will do it. Jan says don't bet on it, and Jason threatens Phillip to tell Chloe about his bet. Phillip realizes he is in trouble, and says this sucks. Jason says as long as he doesn't snitch, they won't.
Later, Phillip contemplates telling CHloe about the bet, but then realizes Mr. and Mrs. Wesley would kill her. Chloe returns to have a chat with Phillip. She apologizes about his suit, but Phillip tells her it wasn't her fault. Chloe says she knows the blood was meant for her. Chloe tells Phillip he probably wants to forget about tonight, but Phillip smiles and says not all of it. Chloe wonders why Phillip is looking at her the way he is. Phillip says there are a lot of losers at this school, and Chloe says she knows that, but she says she also knows there are nice kids like Shawn, Belle, and him. Phillip is happy she doesn't think he had anything to do with the prank tonight. Chloe says she knows he didn't, he wouldn't purposely destroy his designer suit. Phillip then tells Chloe that there is something else she should know.
At the hospital, Craig is angry that he has been contacted about a broken MRI machine. Craig says he is not Mr. Fixit! The nurse says the repair man showed up and got into a fight with someone, so she called him to try and settle things. Craig tells her to just show him where the machine is. The machine ends up fixed, and Craig lays into a Dr. Smith for biting off their chief engineers head. Craig says that next time Dr. SMith should think before he speaks, or their will be more than the MRI machine will be in jeopardy! Alice asks to speak with Craig, but he refuses and storms off. Alice tells the nurse that no chief of staff should ever speak to his staff in that manner. Alice says Michael asked her to keep an eye on Craig, and so far she doesn't like what she is seeing. ALice comments that she guesses she's going to have to do something about it.
Nancy goes to talk to Craig to try and cool him down, but he says he is dealing with an incompetent staff here! Nancy says she knows she is partly to blame, but . . . . Craig says "but what!" He tells Nancy first she wants him to make nice with CHloe, and then when he makes progress with the girl, she goes and gets jealous! Nurse Brenda shows up, and warns Craig that Alice Horton is not pleased with the way he has been treating his staff. She tells him that Alice Horton pulls a lot of weight in this hospital, and she may even have the power to get him fired! Craig is furious and says Alice Horton has way to much time on her hands, she needs to develop a hobby or something. Nancy says she has never liked that rickety old woman, and then they start joking that she should take up rock climbing, bunjee jumping, cliff diving! Meanwhile, Alice calls Mrs. Winston up to talk to her and the board about Craig Wesley. (BAD BAD BAD Days of Our Lives for joking about Alice Horton dieing!).
Bo and Hope are on the way to the hospital with "their" baby, who has stopped breathing. Bo is speeding, and a cop pulls up behind them. Hope thinks they should pull over because he might be able to help them, but Bo doubts that. Bo says they'll be there in a few minutes, so she should hold on. Bo says it must be a rookie who doesn't recognize the truck, so he's sure as hell not going to stop for him. Suddenly, the baby cries, which means he's okay. Bo is glad to hear the cry, and decides to end this hi-speed chase. The officer apologizes to Bo and says he didn't know it was him. Bo and Hope explain the situation, and the officer escorts them to the hospital.
Bo and Hope arrive at the hospital, and Nancy and Craig decide to do some damage control by taking very good care of Hope and "her" baby. Craig checks on the baby, and later tells them that it appears he had a crib seizure, which is very normal. Alice and Hope go in to see the baby, and Craig tells Bo what a wonderful woman Alice Horton is. He also says he is saddened by the fact that he never met Tom Horton and hopes he'll be able to earn half the respect he was given one day. Bo tells him he's on his way, and then leaves to see the baby. Nancy applauds Craig's Oscar worthy performance. Later, Craig apologizes to Alice for the way he acted earlier, but she says Dr. Smith is the one he needs to apologize to. Craig says he will get it, and then asks Alice how she stays so calm and in control. ALice ends up telling Craig that if he really wants to change he should stop firing women who ask for maternity leave. Craig says she is right, and Alice walks away. Nancy asks what happened, and Craig swears he will win that battle-axe over. In one of the rooms, Bo assures Hope that she is not to blame for "their" baby's condition, and he swears that they will all get through this together.
