I am Engineer Officer graduated in Colombian Navy Academy “Escuela Naval ‘Almirante Padilla’ ”, Cartagena.
 
I am certificate Port State Control Inspector  from Colombian General Maritime Directorate.
 
I have done my professional studies in the Colombian Naval Academy and I have already received the Chief Engineer’s certificate from this institution.
 
In Flota Mercante Grancolombiana S. A., I developed a Management Abilities course.
 
I have the following IMO courses: 1.13 Basic Medical Care; 1.19 Personal Survivance; 1.20 Basic Training in Fire Fighting Techniques; 1.21 Social Safety and Civilian Responsability; 1.15 Advanced Medical Care;  1.23 Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats; 2.03 Advanced Training in Fire Fighting Techniques; 1.11 Maritime Pollution Prevention, Annex I; 1.12 Maritime Pollution Prevention, Annex II; 1.01 Oil tanker familiarization; 2.07 Engine room simulator.
