| For Jamie 5/14/78 - 2/14/01 You came to me as a friend And as the others moved on, you remained Though younger than I, you helped me through You urged me on to keep the faith Always there to listen to me tell of a bad day And share with me yours Through the computer and miles we kept in touch With letters, calls, and instant messages Over time we became such great friends I remember the night your father died I wrote for you a poem from the heart Reminding you he would forever be by your side I remember the terrible news you passed on to me Of how you�d become so sick How my heart sank, but I always kept the faith Writing to you words, hoping to help keep you strong Until one day, no answer to my letter came The days passed into weeks For more than a year I tried to track you down All the while fear and helplessness sinking in And now, I write for you again For today I received an answer to that last letter You left this world a year ago to be with your father And to join the other beautiful angels Your name was BluAngl on the screen Well, Angel, now you have your wings Now you can fly to where ever they may take you You meant so much to so many We�ll all miss you James You were a true friend I�m sorry I wasn�t there when you needed me most I�ll always see your smile in the sunrise Love Darrin Darrin L.
