The Red Deer Rebels Organization announced today their dates and times for their training camp for the 2004/05 season. September 24th Rookies: 4:00pm-5:30pm Returnees: 5:30pm-7:00pm September 25: Rookies:7:30am-9:00am Returnees:9:00am-10:30am All Players: 2:00pm-4:00pm Black And White Game: 7:00pm The Rebels and the FWHL are pleased to announce that they will be providing the FWHL with a weekly radio program titled, the FWHL this week. Each weekend the host of the FWHL This Week, RDRebelsfan will provide the latest news with his organization the Red Deer Rebels, recaps of the past week, latest front office happenings, special events and exclusive interviews with the GMs of the other FWHL franchises. Stay tuned for the first installment on the weekend of week one of the 2004/2005 FWHL season. We would like to let all of our fans know that this Monday, May the 24th, the Rebels will be holding it's first annual end of the year sports rally. An auction for an autographed Rebels jersey will be up for bids, as well as many other fun and exciting events. Things kick off with a Victoria Day pancake breakfast at 7AM, at the Centrium parking lot. Cost is $2 and all proceeds go the Make A Wish Foundation. Also don't forget to register your teams for the road hockey tournament. See you there. The Red Deer Rebels of the FWHL would like to introduce it's new team website for the FWHL. It is the first website for any team of the FWHL. Throughout the 2004/05 FWHL season, can can come here for the latest happenings with Central Alberta's favorite FWHL franchise. Everything from game recaps, to player bios, and possibly an audio show broadcasted by the FWHL's Red Deer Rebels GM and Owner RDRebelsfan, on the latest Rebels events and FWHL happenings. The site is currently under construction and will be fully operational by the start of the 04/05 season. |
