It is so amazing that in this information age people can communicate with each other wherever they may be as long as they have access to the Internet. Through this medium Romblomanons from around the globe began cyberchatting and later on formed a discussion group now known as RDL-CLEAR, the acronym for Romblon Discussion List-Cultural, Livelihood and Educational Assistance for Romblon.

What is truly more amazing is that expatriate Romblomanons share the common desire of looking back to their roots and embark on a common mission of harnessing the tribal virtue of Sanrokan or sharing to improve the lives of our poor "kasimanwa" back home.

RDL-CLEAR has installed cyberstations in the Municipalities of Romblon, Banton, Odiongan and Caltrava. Tree planting and other livelihood projects are on-going. Many more are forthcoming, so we are soliciting your moral and material support for our projects.
