Me and my two buddies Joel and Keith drove down in Joel's truck. The 3 of us were squeezed into the cab of his Dakota for the 6 hours it took us to make it there from Massachussettes.
I really wanted to fly my Terrier and my Rocket Riley. I was also hoping to get some camera flights in to test my new altimeter.
Here are some videos. I captured these at 15 frames/S and used MPEG
compression set at 70%. The audio was 16bit @ 11K.

My Flights:
I certified L2 with my Terrier booster on a J350S. First attempt(1.8M) was a beautiful flight but the nose cone fell from 2000 feet with no damage. I had to disconnect the quick link to add tape to the NC section per inspection request but I forgot to re-connect the quick link. Second attempt(2.5M) scored me L2 with an equally nice flight.

On Saturday we got together in the lounge of the Days Inn. We had aBeer off(11M) that was between the American's and Canadian's. I was the one sitting next to Ross. I think Joel was running the recorder. Paul was an honorary Canadian for the night.Paul's punishment(7.2M) for defecting.
