| a cop came and kicked us and a few skaters who had showed up out. so then we head up to ashland, its really windy, tons of leaves, i fell right of the bat, then jared got his shirt caught on the bars doing an invert. then we left. headed up to talent, was still windy, had to clear some leaves outta the park. and then some 13 year old skater was trying to fight some 10 year old skater and some old guy called the cops and the cops came and made us wear our helmets. from here we went to medford, stopped and ate some food, hnt got on the road. we stopped at soem random rest stop where this guy had some global420.com sponsorship going on and everyone was signing his car and there was seriously no place left to sign, the thing was covered, so we threw up some rdg stickers on it, signed where we could, and left. it turned out roseburg was alot further past grants pass than we thought and we didint show up to the jam till almost 5 o'clock. it was super fun though. the park was really good. Eddie cleveland, ryan sher, jon bristol, vince kroft, and some other resident pros were there. we showed up as teh session was winding down and didnt see too much crazy stuff but it was still good. I guess we just missed seeing chester blacksmith too. So throughout the whole trip i had been getting directions from my friend Jon Gagnon who used to live up there so on the way back he told us how to get to osme good street spots and some food. we had been switching off driving throughout the trip, and this time it ws jareds turn. he drove the whole way home. end of story. |
