| Lots of racing this past weekend. Some people stayed at the home track in Massena and four guys took a road trip to Barre VT to catch a trophy race. In Barre the racing was very close but a little rough as well. In the end it was Junior Barnes winning the NASCAR B Main, John Labaff coming home 5th in the BUSCH A Main, Trevor White winning the BUSCH B Main, and Cory Mere finishing 3rd in the BUSCH D Main. In Massena the crowd was smaller but the track was fast with Pat turning 89 laps in the NASCAR Mod 19turn class and Scott Mere turning 79 laps in the NASTRUCK race. The next race is set for this Sunday November 13th just one weekend away from the first big race of the season the US Pan Car Championships. | I just received the rules from the track last weekend. I will post them shortly. The main rule which applies at every track around the area is the new weight rule. The rule is the car must weigh 2lbs 8oz with the transponder. |
