History

After Rollercoaster Town Inc (RCTN) won the lawsuits from angered visitors at one of it's them parks, they decided they needed a park to compete with Universal's Islands of Adventure, and other parks with new technology and thrill rides. They also needed a story to go with the park. They started the "Have a Theme Park" contest worldwide where people would send stories or designs. After thousands of entries, they decided to use the story of "62K" written by Kevin Angel, depicting the story of what the world would be like when it is coming to the end. RCTN started on the park immediately and spent over 400 million dollars building the park and advertising. Then soon after, the park, and all of its sister parks in the chain were bought by Scream Parks Inc. With the success of Revelations Theme Park, Scream Parks decided to change two more Texan theme parks to the theme of the end of the world. A park in San Antonio and another in El Paso.

A little Tidbit from 62K
"And the bomb dropped again on Orient. People running through the streets, screaming and dying quickly. The bomb was heard around the world, and this began the war. The war that stripped a city's building windows and raised the earth, swallowing the streets. And the souls were collected, and all the sinners were sent to hell in elevators, one by one. The 4 horsemen rid across the sky of the Elysian fields, and I sat there and watched this on TV"
