About the tracks:

HEREWEGOCOMEON!

This is a hodgepodge of some of my favorite breakbeats from early 80's rap. Throw together with a few oddball hints from other places, and some sweet dreams. Something to sway your gold chain to.

EVERYBODY WANTS YOU 2004

Why mess witha classic? Cuz it's fun. Gave this one a little kick to revive it from the past.

STUCK IN THE 80s II

This was fun to make. I was a child of the 80s. Most of these songs in the megamix are what inspired me to get involved in music in the first place. Cheezy and over the top? yes. But if it feels good do it I say :)

ROSES (Stanktronica Mix)

Outkast is definitely one of my favorite things to happen in recent music. So to remix them was tricky. It HAD to be over the top. So add in a little John Parr, some Bette Midler, and some munchkins and viola - a club classic... I wish :)

DAAAMN!

My first ever track. Took less than a half hour to make. I was so in awe of AcidPro that I was on a major energy rush.

MILKSHAKE (Shake It Up White Label Mix)

Ok, I admit this song got played to death. But it took on new life when mixed with the wrong elements. Almost sounds meant for each other. Remember boys and girls, it's all in fun!

STUCK IN THE 80s I

The first one - less polished, but maaan was this fun to make. Entirely cut and paste. Also serves as a great game of "Name That Tune". betcha can't name em all!

BACKWARDS FORWARDS

My first big track to be played on Bear Radio. A song about the choices we make.

Lyrics:

Backwards, Forwards, Everybody Take Your Best Step,

Take Your Best Step,

Take Your Best Step Now.

Your First Step Might Be Your Last Step

Your Last Step Might Be A Misstep

Your Misstep Might Be The Right Step

Right, Step Back, Step It Up One Time, Step

(and several variations and distortions of that lyric)

ECHOES EN ESPANOL

A Track I mixed and remixed for a fellow musician Mike Feeney. A spanish flavored guitar ditty gone dirty.

SLEAZY LITTLE BANGER

Started out I did this for a friend, to be used as the background to a porn megamix. I ended up liking the instrumental version better. This is what happens when you slow everything down to a crawl. Something like techno on Nyquil.

WELCOME TO A NEW MACHINE (Broken Conveyor Mix)

I'm a huuuge Pink Floyd fan. This is a mix I did for fun where I fused a 1977 track and a 1987 track. Scary ain't it?

TURNING TO RUST

Another Mike Feeney track. This one is a gem if I do say so myself. Though never finished for release. Mike if you're out there, this is one hell of a song! It deserved to be a mega hit.

GIRL'S NOT GREY (Chopped Sirloin Mix)

AFI gone industrial? or something. I dunno. I got bored one day and this happened :)

SYSYPHUS (Mythology Mix)

Another Pink Floyd Mix. I like this one - has that Matrix movie feel to it :)

Bonus Tracks:

THIS IS YOUR BRAIN ON BEARS (XXX)

SLEAZY LITTLE BANGER (The Back Room Mix)

Both of these were instrumental tracks I did that were intended to be nasty and sleazy. Then thanks to internet bear porn, I spiced them up a bit with moans and groans. Not for the faint of heart.
