Quotable

The possession of possessions will possess us more than we possess possessions.

Character is purity of thought, word and deed.

Never play a game of chance.

When you can’t say or utter in public don’t say or utter in private.

God may or may not be there, but godliness is certainly there.

Simpleness is not in wearing loin clothes but in keeping the mind simple.

Look up aim high.

Three meals a day for luxury, two meals for family and one meal for sainthood.

Rich man look for stomach to fill with food, poor look for food to fill the stomach.

Until you look for gratification in your work, instead of treating it as duty, perfection of soul wont is there.

When non-violence is in built with violence, how can there be peace?

Truth is a pathless land, no known paths can lead you there.

Knowledge is limited; brain with knowledge is also limited. With limited brain you cant seek the unlimited and unknown. Unknown cant be reached with the known. To act, psychologically is, setting aside the brain with its knowledge and seeking and engaging the time from moment to moment. You are the present. No past will hold you. No future will dampen your spirits. What you act now will result. Not what you thought about it yesterday or what you think about it for future.

Religion is separating the man from each other. When you talk about some "ism" immediately I will counter it with some other "ism". This conflict breeds emotions, prejudice, bigots and fanatics. No person worth the name has started any "ism". It is the followers who started to cash on the name, thus started the process of separating the man from common man and in the form of worshipping the ideals taught by that man is lost, only to be chanted at ceremonies. Buddhism, Jainism and all speak about this.

I know my wants and values, but I am always willing to reexamine and change them. I want to feel deeply, act strongly, relate closely to others and yet always feel mastery of myself. – from ‘ Don’t say yes when you want to say no’

Quality is not inspection driven but system driven. Quality gets built in and it is not inspected in. customer should come back not product. Quality manual more than 5 years old is not valid.---Jeer.P.

Samujdar ko (Akalmand ko) ishara kaafi hai.

An attempt may be a failure but there won’t be any failure of attempts.

Where there is a will there is a way.

I am sane and you are sane but don't expect the third person sane.
