A New Album

April has zoomed right past me, and I don't see an update on the flotsam side of this place. The teaching load has kept me too busy.

The jetsam side of this journal has had its share of attention from me, serving my need to jettison brief details of my daily life. I haven't, however, been inclined to include many photos in the log format. There are several reasons for that, not the least among them being that pictures take time. And talent.

Nonetheless, I've accumulated a few photos (snapshots, really) since I've begun to favor the log format. Most of these I had planned to use in entries that were never completed (or begun). To preserve these photos and others in future months I've established an album that I'll append to the end of the month. Right now, the format I've chosen uses frames. It's linked here. I'll add to it in the next few days, and if it's as easy to do as it seems to be, I'll do it again next month.

Reading: Edward Abbey, Desert Solitaire
