Mounting Hi-Lift Jack in a TJ
Parts Needed
1)  (2) Chain link fence tensioners (2 7/8")
2)  (2) 3/8 x 1.25" Carriage Bolts
3)  (4) 3/8" Washers
4)  (2) 3/8" Wing Nuts
Install
1)  Place the two tensioners around the rear roll bar (over padding).
2)  Put the two carriage blots throught the corresponding holes in tensioners.
3)  Using the washers and wing nut tighten the bracket so that it is tight around the roll bar and doesn't slide down.
4)  After removing base and top braket from jack bolt it up.
5)  I put my base and top bracket under the rear seat for easy storage.

This is a very simple modification and worth its total $5.00 price and 10 min worth of time.  This keeps the jack not only secure to the car but can be easily locked so your jack is where you left it when you need it.

Happy Jacking, and be safe.
