R. I. District 3800 held its Induction and Turn Over Ceremonies at Skyline Riverbend Hotel last June 30, 2000. The exchange of leadership and authority was not done thru the symbolic turn over of bell and gavel, but thru the Presidents 2000 lighting the candles of the Action Presidents, then the former extinguished the flame of their candles.
