Gala Dinner

Last November 8, 1999, a Gala Dinner at the Main Reception Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center was held in honor of Rotary International President-Elect Frank J. Devlyn and Madame Gloria Rita.

It was a momentous event for all incoming Presidents of the different clubs of the different districts in the Philippines to meet their incoming RI President. Photo sessions were held to record this special event.
