The RI Board has established "Vocational Service Month" to be observed annually in October as a special month devoted to Vocational Service, to emphasize the involvement of clubs, and not just individual Rotarians, in the everyday practice of the ideals of Vocational Service.
Last October 14, 2000, the District held the Vocational Service Forum at the great Eastern Hotel from 1-5 p.m. hosted by RC Kalookan. Topics discussed were: Vocational Guidance, Entrepreneurship, Vocational Awards and Arts and Culture.
RC Marikina sent the 2nd largest delegation next to host club, RC Kalookan.
