TRF Forum
The Rotary Foundation Forum hosted by RC Sampaguita Grace Park was attended by Pres. Eric Ignacio together with IPP Roland Garcia, PP Larry Tanpengchang, DS Efren de Guzman, VP Dante Verano, Sec. Dindo Santos and PE Tony Fidelino. Held last November 4, 2000 from 1 pm to 5 pm at the Ateneo de Manila Social Development Center, the forum had its keynote speaker PDG Jackson San-Lien Hsieh who presented a speech on "The Rotary Foundation 2000". The mission of the Rotary Foundation is to support the efforts of Rotary International Humanitarian, Educational and Cultural Exchange programs which include: Matching Grants, Health, Hunger and Humanity (3H) Grants, the Polio Plus Program Grants for Rotary Volunteers and Carl P. Miller Discovery Grants, the Rotary Peace Programs, Rotary Grants for University Teachers to serve in developing countries, Rotary Ambassadorial Scholarships and the Group Study Exchange. Our club's target is to contribute US$ 2,100.00 to TRF this year.
