The Rotary Foundation Annual Giving Dinner was held last November 18, 2000 at Club Filipino. Pres. Eric Ignacio and DS Efren de Guzman were given recognition as Paul Harris Fellows. Chair PP Larry Tanpengchang, Sec. Dindo Santos and VP Dante Verano also attended the affair. Other Rotarians who contributed were: Rtn. Pons de Leon - $100; PP Ver Farcon - $100; PE Tony Fidelino - $100; PP Boy Ong - $100; Sec. Dindo Santos - $100; PP Larry Tanpengchang - $100; VP Dante Verano - $100. Gov. Teddy encouraged the different clubs in the district to contribute more to The Rotary Foundation.
