Induction of New Members
One of the thrusts of Rotary International under Pres. Frank Devlyn is membership development and retention. To accomplish all the good in the world of Rotary, a strong and dedicated membership is needed.
Prospective members invited by Rotarians were asked to attend prior weekly meetings to have a feel of what Rotary is about and to know more or less how Rotary works.
And so last July 1, 2000 during the Joint Induction ceremonies held at Camp Aguinaldo Clubhouse, Quezon City, three new members were added to the roster of the Rotary Club of Marikina: Vincent Santos, Val Barcinal and Nestor Garcia.
