The Term of Reference Forum was held last January 13, 2001 at the Ateneo de Manila University. This is held every three years to assure that the District Governor elected is the most qualified in the District.
Amendments presented in the forum were not approved due to lack of time and conflicting ideas among the Rotarians. These amendments will be voted upon during the forthcoming District Conference in March.
