The Committee on Teachers' Award headed by Chairman Manny de Guzman concluded the search for the Most Outstanding Public Elementary School Teacher with the announcement and recognition of the winners last December 7, 2000.
Plaque of Recognition and cash prizes were given to Ms. Edna Constantino of Parang Elementary School (Champion) and Ms. Nimpa Gasang of Marikina Elementary School (Runner-up).
A total of eight thousand pesos were awarded to the winners.
Ms. Edna Constantino will represent the Marikina Zone in the District Search for the Most Outstanding Public Servant.
