"STAR STORM 2000" - theme of RC Marikina's Christmas Party. Everybody came in their costumes. The title itself lived up to its true meaning. The "Director-Producer" of the show of all shows transformed every Rotarian and spouse participants into "Stars". After months of meetings, preparations and practices, the whole show turned out to be what Christmas Chair Don Manolo Favis wanted it to be. Even the participants did not expect the whole show to be that beautiful as practices were done "putol-putol" and "patago-tago".
Each group presented their parts well - the "Magbubukid", the Bagets, the Platters, the Elvis Boys, etc� Finale showcased the "Belen" scene with the angels, Three Kings and the Holy Family.
Guests included Gov. Teddy Zamora, Spouse Mely and other District Officers and some Action Presidents and Spouses.
