It was a beautiful morning to hold a Christmas Party. The Youth Center was filled with well-dressed children ready for their Christmas presentation. Little children in their costumes from the Holy Family down to the Three Kings were a sight to behold. A hula dance number from the other kids as well as special song and dance number by the parents and teachers were also presented. The Children got more excited with the entrance of "Santa Claus" in the person of Rtn. Pons de Leon.
After the presentation of certificates, snacks were served to all. Additional food was brought by Chair Edwin Yutuc and Spouse Nanette and PP Onie Aguinaldo. VP Dante Verano and spouse Noemi handled the parlor games. Each child was given Christmas gifts plus more prizes were awarded to the winners courtesy of Rotarians and Spouses.
The Child Care Center will be extended up to March 2001 to be funded by the pledges of the following: PP Ver Farcon, Rtn. Pons de Leon, PD George Ty and Pres. Eric Ignacio.
