Flying into International Airspace

The Javelin Six�s sophisticated sensors pick up three Megs that are changing course to intercept.
�We are about to have company folks though I am not sure how those megs picked up the Javelin with its stealth systems being the best Wayne Tech Industries has to offer (1).� Captain Atom said as he leveled the Javelin off to change its course.
�Is their any other way to get past the no fly zone Nate?� Hawkman said as he sat in the seat next to Captain Atom
�Maybe, but its dangerous and I am not sure how the Javelin will hold up in a suborbital jump.� Captain Atom replied
�Why not fight our way through? I mean this plane was built with the best equipment the government could buy.� Sentinel said as he looked over the sleeping Wildcat who is unaware of the current dire situation.
�The Javelin�s weapon�s systems haven�t been tested if there is a misfire we could end up damaging vital systems that we would need later on.� Captain Atom said, as he looked the radar to keep track of the three planes heading their way.
Dr. Mid-nite walked up between Hawkman and Captain Atom with a concerned look on his face, �What does he mean a suborbital jump? And how could it possibly be allot safer then a weapons misfire?�
Captain Atom turned to Dr. Mid-nite and explained it as simply as he could, �Basically a Suborbital jump is where we use the turbines to blast us into the upper atmosphere where those Megs can�t pin us down then we do a quick burn right into the China�s back yard. As I was saying earlier, it is very risky with those Meg�s on our back and the possibility of who knows what going wrong. As for the misfire problem the weapon systems are tied directly into the Javelin�s CPU core if our weapons happened to misfire on us the resultant surge could cause all the systems of the plane to go dead.�
Hawkman thinks about the decision he must make and realizes the desperate gamble is the only choice there is to make,� Take us in Captain Atom.�
Following Hawkman�s order, Captain Atom pulls the Javelin Six up hard into a suborbital jump sending the three hundred million dollar plane into the upper atmosphere.
�Okay people this is where things start to get bumpy so every one strap in.� Captain Atom said as he leveled off the plane
�Maybe I can make the ride less bumpy with my powers Nate.� Sentinel said as he raised his hands and a green-flamed shield forms over the Javelin six as it makes its descent.
Fate�s Tower

Dr. Fate now tends to his wife�s wounds as Atom Smasher sets up the preparations for the protection spell that they will need to mask their presence from Mordru.
�It won�t be much longer now until I can cast a spell to find our friends and warn them of the impending evil that is headed our way until then this protection spell that Al is helping me set up will ward off any intruders including Mordru while we wait.� Dr. Fate said as he rubs a healing aloe on his wife�s cuts
�What else did you need for that spell Doc?� Atom Smasher said as he looked through the nearly endless rows of magical ingredients.
�I need a blue sapphire and the eye of a gorgon to complete this spell.� Dr. Fate replied
�I thought most of your spells were spoken? When did you start using potions?� Atom Smasher said as he got the last two ingredients
Dr. Fate looked at the young giant with a grim look on his face,� Because Mordru has been going around killing the lords of order and chaos my mystical connection with Nabu is waning I have found it a lot more difficult performing my more powerful spells without his assistance.�
�So in other words the only thing protecting our asses is these alchemy potions?� Atom Smasher asked
�Yes now please get the mystic torch of Randu so I can brew this protection spell.� Dr Fate replied
Fawcett City later that same night

A rather large figure with dark black hair arrives in the Fawcett City hotel with a beautiful young woman at his side.
�Two rooms please.� The large man said
�Ah so are you two on your honey moon?� the young clerk said as he grabbed their individual keys and when he got to the desk the large man grabbed him by the throat and lifted him off of the ground.
�Just mind your own business otherwise you might end up dead understand?� the large man replied
�Y�Yeah sure I understand.� The clerk said as he gave them their keys and watched them go to up to their rooms.
Once inside their rooms Theo Adam looked through his bag for that golden scarab that will make him filthy rich and to his surprise, it was not in the bag.
�Where the hell could it be?� Theo thought to himself as he looked around through his stuff until he finally found it hovering in mid-air and glowing as bright as a star.
As Theo reached out for it, he suddenly found the marked words SHAZAM! On it and when he said SHAZAM! Out aloud, he felt his body course with power beyond his wildest dreams. Along with the power, he felt a flood of memories flow into his brain which started to drive him mad and he flew through the roof screaming at the night sky. His memories were no longer his they were of another person named Teth Adam who was once a great hero in Egypt. Following that many more memories came such as the ones of his family being killed and his slow decent into crime. Eventually Theo felt himself lose control over his body and this alien form take over his mind. After the screaming ends only Black Adam remains.
Gotham City

A lone figure makes his way across the dark skylines of the city as he continues his search for his missing teammates. His emerald costume slightly glistens in the mild light of the skyscrapers.
�I wonder where those damn fools are at I�ve been searchin� for the drop zone for a bloody hour.� Green Arrow thinks to himself as he looks down at the endless sea of lights from his view on top of a ledge of the Gotham clock tower.
Suddenly the air shifts in an upward direction and Green Arrow feels a sudden up draft that almost knocks him off of the ledge he was standing on. When he turns around to see what is going on, the sight of Mister Terrific, Firestorm, Jade, Grace, and Indigo inside of an aircraft greets him.
He then says, �What took you so damn long to hot foot it over here?�
�Would you believe plane trouble?� Firestorm quipped
�We had an accident involving Indigo and the main processor of the Pequod.� Mister Terrific replied
�Well ain�t that just peachy now can we get on t' business and round up those drug pumping vipers?� Green Arrow said as he gave Mister Terrific a mean look
Grace walked between Mister Terrific and Firestorm then with a smile on her face she said,� I�m not gonna wait around all day for you guys to decide what your gonna do. Me I�m gonna bust some heads and earn my pay. Are you with me Queenie?�
Grace then took a step and dove out of the plane towards the parked semi truck below crashing right through the trailer. She then picked herself out of the crater she made and headed across the street to Wentworth wax works.
�Don�t call me Queenie Gracie.� Green Arrow mumbled as he followed her using a grappling arrow to swing over to the Wax Works roof.
�Don�t they know the meaning of covert operations?� Mister Terrific said as he directed the pequod to the nearby roof
Inside the Wax Works

The Fearsome Five (1) watch over the chemists who are working on the newest drug to hit the market Velocity Five. Jinx is in the main security room talking with Psimon while Mammoth, Gizmo, and Shimmer stand in the laboratory to make sure nothing goes wrong and that the chemists stay on schedule.
�So how much of this shit are they shippin� out tonight?� Mammoth said as he crossed his arms
�All of it big guy. Velocity Five will be the most addictive drug on the market and thanks to our boss we will all be filthy rich.� Gizmo replied
Unnoticed to the villains below Green Arrow stood above them and was getting ready to jump through the skylight when he noticed that Shimmer looked up and saw him.
�Shit she spotted me.� He said and then started running across the roof as Shimmer and Gizmo started firing upon him
Meanwhile at the front door of the waxworks

�Sounds like the guys decided to start the party without me. I better get in their if I wanna get a piece of the action.� Grace thought to herself as she pulled the front doors of their hinges and ran inside.
Elsewhere

The members of the Justice Society slowly rise from the crash landing that they barely survived as they tried to get past the no fly zone that is enforced by Kobra.
�Well any landing you can walk away from and all that jazz.� Hourman said as he got up from the floor of the Javelin
�Yeah that was a close one for a minute their I didn�t think my shield would hold. I guess since that day my ring was destroyed (2) I have been finding kind it of difficult using this new ability to channel the emerald energies that the shards gave me once they entered my bloodstream.� Alan said as he helped Wildcat up
�Well if it wasn�t for you we would definitely be meeting a certain untimely end Alan.� Hawkman said as he opened the hatch of the plane to let every one out,� Now lets get a move on we have a lot of ground to cover and such a short time to cover it before it gets dark.�
The six heroes then started their trek across the expansive land to find shelter for the night so they can meet up with Hawkgirl in the morning.
Epilogue: Gotham City Part II

The Outsiders stand their ground as they face off against the Fearsome Five with each member of both teams trying to anticipate the others move and reaction. Mister Terrific looks down at the short stubby Gizmo and cracks his knuckles in anticipation for the fight that is about to begin.
�So are you heroes going to make the make the first move or are we just going to have a staring contest?� Gizmo asked and no sooner then he said that did Indigo make the first move by blasting Mammoth through a wall. Jinx�s attack followed Indigo�s as she threw every piece of equipment in the room at Grace with her magical powers.
The whole room broke into chaos with the Outsiders and Fearsome Five fighting each other all over the wax works building.
�Here you go bow slinger a special present from me to you.� Gizmo said as he fired an energy blast at Green Arrow only to have it blocked by Jade
�I guess us emerald lovers have to stick together huh beautiful?� Green Arrow asked Jade as he fired a bola arrow at Gizmo and ensnared him in it.
�So Mister Fair Play why don�t you and me have some fun?� Shimmer said as fired energy blasts at Mister Terrific
�The name�s Mister Terrific lady and I don�t think I like your idea of fun so how we end this on a sour note. T-Spheres activate Sonics full octave.� Mister Terrific replied as his T-Spheres blared powerful sonic pulses which disoriented Shimmer long enough for him to get behind her and knock her out.
Across the room

�Are you done throwin� shit me yet you stupid @$@%@$@#!� Grace said as she dodged another volley of machinery that came flying her way.
�Throwing machinery at you is only a facet of my power for you shall soon see why they call me Jinx.� The mystic female replied
�Oh I�m shakin� in my big booties now I think its time I turn this fight around.� Grace replied as she started storming through the flying obstacles in her way. As she got with in distance of Jinx, the floor gave out from under her sending her into the sewer system below.
�SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!� she screamed as she fell
�That takes care of one bothersome pest now to help my partners.� Jinx thought to herself
Epilogue Part 2: Fates Tower Part 2

Looming amongst the endless labyrinths of fate�s tower an evil figure waits patiently for his moment to strike for he is Mordru the dark lord.
�Soon I will have artifacts of fate and my power will be infinite. I will create darkness that envelope countless dimensions and worlds before I destroy the world that Dr. Fate holds dear.� Mordru cackles as he looks at the projection of Dr. Fate, his wife, and Atom Smasher hiding with in the chamber of fate.
