Craps

Craps is fast-paced, exciting, and after you've spent a little time playing it, surprisingly simple.

Bets on Come Out Roll (First Roll of the Dice):

Pass Line
Automatic Winners: 7, 11
Automatic Losers: 2,3,12
Any other number becomes the "point."
You win if the shooter rolls his point again before rolling a 7 and lose if he rolls a 7 first.

Don't Pass Line (Opposite of Pass Line)
Automatic Winners: 2,3
Automatic Losers: 7,11
Stand Off: 12

Any other number becomes the "point."
You win if the shooter rolls a 7 before repeating the point and lose if he rolls the point again before rolling a 7.

Bets on Rolls After the Point has been Established:

Come Line
Treats the next roll exactly like a Pass Line bet on the Come Out Roll.

Field Bets
This is a one-roll bet that you can make at any time. If 2,3,9,10,11 or 12 is rolled, you win, and if any other number is rolled, you lose.

Don't Come
Treats the next roll exactly like a Don't Pass Line bet on the Come Out Roll.

Place Bets
You can place a bet on an individual number and increase, decrease, or remove it at any time. You win if the number you select is rolled before a seven is thrown. These bets are given to the dealer, who puts them in the proper location.

Hardway Bets
You can bet that the shooter will roll a 4,6,8 or 10 the "hard way"; that is, with a pair of 2's, 3's, 4's or 5's. If a 7 is rolled, or if the number bet on is rolled, but not rolled the hard way, the bet loses.

One-Roll Bets
On any roll you can bet that a 2 craps, 3 craps, 7, 11 12 craps, or any craps are rolled.
