INSTRUCTIONS
This is essentially a simplified five-card stud poker game. You put up your ante and are dealt five cards. When you've looked at your hand, if you choose to play, you must bet double your ante. (If you fold, you lose your ante.)
The dealer then exposes their cards. If the dealer does not have ace/king or higher, you win even money for your ante. If the dealer has at least ace/king and their hand is higher than yours, they collect your ante and your bet. If your hand beats the dealer's, you win even money on your ante and you win odds on your bet as follows:

After making your ante bet, put another chip in the slot in front of your bet. Regardless of whether you win or lose the hand, you'll get the following bonuses:
