"Mother and Child"
Equipment: LOMO LC-A Date: October 2000
On my way to Saitama to see my friend Rachel, I was standing in a full train car when I saw this adorable child looking up fondly at her mother. I had the LOMO with me (as always) and intended to get a shot of just the child staring upward, arms around her which would obviously suggest they belonged to her mother. My angle was off a little and I ended up with the mother being a more central subject in the photo. One sidenote: normally, I am very discreet with the LOMO, but the mother caught me snapping the photo, and quickly shielded her daughter and moved away.
