"Snowstorm" If you look closely, you'll see an old woman
with an umbrella battling the wind to get across the street. Behind her is
a hazy backdrop of the Minato Ward of Tokyo. Yet despite how bad the storm
looks here, it really didn't drop that much snow on the city. Actually the
outlying areas of Tokyo received a far worse beating. This storm looks so
bad because the shutter speed is so slow, the snow has a chance to make more of
an impact against the lens.
