"Cape Iro Shrine" You'd never see it if you didn't venture up the rocky steps to the heights of Cape Iro, but the tiny Shinto shrine stands facing the salty air of the Sea of Japan, accepting welcoming praises from the faithful. The couple in the picture took several photographs of their baby at the shrine. This, no doubt, to ensure the child's Japanese heritage for years to come.
