Thanks for checking out this page too!  You rock.  Definitely go to the G-Fest with good buds, that's the only way garlic can be interesting and fun!       :)
I brought home 32 pieces of garlic! (seen here)  YIKES.  Thanks Lonyl's Mom!
Read those signs.  The food sounds yummy huh!?  Yeah, the food was amazing.  I had chocolate garlic ice cream and Dan tried the green pistachio garlic ice cream (it was a bit spicy).  Let me just tell you that the garlic flavor was VERY STRONG and we agreed it was nasty.  Been there, done that.
Yup, you guessed it.  The pic to the right was my favorite booth.  Look at what you could get "on a stick".  Not just hot dogs anymore!  Anyways, as we ran out of money, we shared the Alligator meat (I'm munching on it, below).  Yeah, it tastes like chicken, but with a little different after taste (i liked it!).  If we ever go again, we will for sure try the kangeroo.  Since I am scared of snakes, I was happy to see they were dead on a stick :)
Lonyl kicking it in a comfy hanging chair.  They're kind of like  hammocks, but not exactly!
The beer situation is weird.  You can buy a Garlic Festival beer mug there, but then you can't use it.  So Dan and I each paid $9 for  5 ounces of beer.  Ha ha.  We got a free wristband though!
Who is that guy!?  This is our balloon surfer buddy that Lonyl's cousin made us.  Cool huh?  We popped him while we were sitting in the parking lot waiting to leave.  So sorry!
