STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
Robin Weissert, an Environmental Specialist with 7 years of experience in environmental consulting and state and federal governmenta service, holds a multidiciplinary M.S. degree in GeoEnvironmental Studies and a B.A. degree in Environmental Studies, with minors in Geology and Biology.  Ms. Weissert's background includes federal, state, and local permit coordinatiion, preparation of Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) environmental resource reports, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation, and familiarity with Clean Water Act (CWA) Section 404 & 401, Natiional Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES), and Threatened and Endangered (T&E) species permitting/consultations for multiple oil and gas industry projects.  Her field work background includes wetland delineation, stream characterization, and habitat surveys along multiple linear energy projects throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwes, and Gulf Coast Regions of the United States.  Ms. Weissert has also been responsible for the review of petroleum exploration and development plans and pipeline applications for NEPA compliance for offshore Gulf of Mexico oil and gas industry activities.  She has completed the 40-hour Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Resonse (HAZWOPER) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Wetland Delineation and Management training courses.
