1) New Cingular Wireless Services, Inc. – uses AMPS, TDMA, GSM/EDGE/WCDMA technology

Cingular is solely owned by AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) now that the merger between its former parent companies, AT&T Inc. (formerly SBC) and BellSouth (NYSE: BLS) has closed.

2) Cincinatti Bell Wireless - uses GSM technology

3) T-Mobile USA, Inc. – uses GSM/EDGE technology

Based in Bellevue, Washington, the U.S. operations of T-Mobile International AG & Co. K.G., consists of T-Mobile USA, Inc. (formerly VoiceStream Wireless) and Powertel, Inc. (together "T-Mobile"). T-Mobile International AG & Co. K.G. is the mobile communications subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom AG (NYSE: DT). In February and May 2000, T-Mobile USA completed merger transactions with two other regional GSM service providers, Omnipoint Communications and Aerial Communications.
