| My 1969 Camaro Rally Sport |
| In the year of 2000, I made some improvements to my camaro. I've replaced the A/T for a four speed, and gave her a new look with a cowl hood and newer interior... Next time comes the new paint job and rear spoiler and the new motor too.... As for the history on my camaro... I purchased my car in 1997 It came with a 283 that by no means was built up to anything special! (junk) I had to make do with what I had at the time, so I cleaned it up, put some new parts in it and ran it like that for a season. Which wasen't so bad really... it still had a good stride to it, and I ended up selling that motor the following year. So then the 350 went into it... that got beefed up a bit, and she ran pretty strong... but I wanted alittle more than she could give me. I sold that motor and put in another 350 that had been bored .40 over with a 533 cam, and all the essentials! She has her days of when I could only hope for more than she'll put out. But then there are those days when it shocks the hell out of me!! All the mechanicals that have been done to it, I've done myself... with alittle advise from friends... But I enjoy the hell out of doing it all myself ! And next within the next few season's I'm building a stronger motor. One that I'll finally be satisfied with! And then I'm taking it to the track to see what she's got! I can't wait!!! |

| My Sisters 1969 Firebird |
| My sister Linda bought her 1969 Firebird in 1997. It had a 400 motor and auto in it. I have put this picture on my site becuase sadly her car burnt up in a garage fire in 1998. She has then purchased another Hot Rod, this time a 1967 Chevelle which is in the picture below. The pictures on my site dont do the cars justice. They are all very nice hotrods, and we both build our cars, and love our cars! |

| Although the pictures are a bit on the fuzzy side.. These HotRods are her pride and joys! She really misses the Firebird, and keeps on looking for another one.! Hard to find one that fits the way this one did....She has many plans for the Chevelle. This season she is going to put in the 400 turbo trans and see what it'll do in the 1/4. Motor still running strong in it!! We changed out the cam, only to wear off a lobe.. :( So the other cam went back in, and its running better than it did with the new one! I Guess its fussy just like her! lol... I will keep everyone posted on the progress of both our HotRods.... Check back often!! Heres a lil foot note..... ;) " Practice all you want, i'm still gonna beat you!" |
