| This is a modified Hanger9 Super Stick 60. The tail feathers have been changed and the flames are all hand cut from Monocote. This plane was crashed only 2 weeks after the work was completed . I hit a power line with the left wing completely destroying the wing. The fuse and engine suffered no damage and I was able to rebuild the entire wing. I made some changes while I was building it. I added 2 inches to the over all length and I made the ailerons larger. It flies great !!! |
| Don't the flames look good on the Super Stick? I thinkso too !!! Bad news though,,,, That's how it looked after it's last flight, but more realistic. I was in the process of breaking in a new Super Tigre 90 on it when I underestimated the power of the 90 and it hit the ground like a ton of bricks. OUCH !!!!! I replaced it with a GreatPlanes Big Stick 60 and mounted the 90 on it. I fly it with a lot of caution. LOL !!! |
